What is Litecred?

Litecred is a new cryptocurrency with the characteristic of self-funded development, via block subsidy of 10% for each minted block. That 10% will be not directly usable at the beginning of the development stage but it will be achieved at PoW end, this means we are going to receive only around 0.8% every month. This will guarantee a small and continuos flow to the developers, in order to mantain the project active. There is no developer premine at launch. Funds collected from mining will be held in a public address and will be used for future development and/or given to users with proven skills that will help us with improvements/marketing and promotion.

Litecred wants to be intended as Decred side-project. Considering Decred as Bitcoin 2.0, Litecred wants to be Litecoin 2.0

When 500 addresses will be entered, Faucet will automatically send the coins.
- Only 1 address fo every IP. You can't apply twice with the same IP and/or LTCR address.


How many addresses will be those you control?  33% premine with most going to OP.

airdrop will distribute 100% of the 33.3% premined to 500 address that will partecipate to the LIP.

The countdown was planned to end in 24h after the announcement yesterday, but as I said the ann was deleted by mods and previous account was banned, we don't know why, nobody told us the reason. So today we have made a new ANN, now we prefer to wait if some pool join before release source and wallet to let people mine.
If you please edit your quote of the ANN removing the countdown for now, it will avoid misunderstanding, thanks.

Airdrop is planned to start 24h or less after the mining but not at the same time. The countdown was only for the mining.
