Should be cheaper if you buy Ethereum and send it to Coinexchange. Then sell Ethereum and buy Bitcoin there. Then buy HODL-Coins. Withrawing was very cheap on Coinexchange.

This was my way with 25 $.

I don't know the exact btc fees but 10$ is a very small budget. You first have to check in which exchange you want to buy the BTC. There will be a fee for buying BTC and perhaps a fee for credit card or something else. When you then transfer the btc to coinexchange you have to pay a fee for transfer. On coinexchange you have to pay a fee for buying. When you transfer the coins to the wallet you also have to pay a fee. So it could be little bit frustrating when you start with 10$ and only get a few coins in your wallet.

So perhaps it would be better to start with for example 50$ if you can. Cool

You got my point, that's what I'm talking about, 10$ was just an example.
Thank you so much!
nice to see what your said, i am also hope that will come true.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

191,586,500 HODL By March 2020, after which there will be approximately a 5.5% inflation rate, declining to a 3% inflation rate over the next 4 halvings (16 years)

https://i.redd.it/64evx8yuys901.jpg

Compare that to the 9.9% guaranteed interest rate for a 1 year Hodling and it's pretty good.

Yep.  Still hating discord.  Can't log on to discord now on the one computer I have that actually launches the app.  The rest just go to a black screened web page with nothing on it.  On one machine the app won't even download.  Reviews in the Microsoft Store are at least 3 to 1 against using it at all.  It's great that you have so many people (300 I think you said) signed up for the HODL page there.  I'm not likely to be one of them anytime soon.

Why are you downloading it from Microsoft Store?

Because that's what happens when you click on the community link.  As I said previously, it needs directions.  Very difficult to read minds over the internet.

Yobit - Warning: Do not trade HODL on Yobit - You will be unable to withdraw HODL, and they may be illiquid

Assuming the yobit wallet is still "under maintenance" what percentage of the total coins is yobit likely to hold?

They are playing games with so many coins that it really sucks. I always advise against trading there as I think all those maintenances and whatever problems they say they have are always thoroughly timed by them.

Anyone mining this?

Too many pages to read.  I tried the pool mining, it runs and hashes but supernova shows nothing going to my account (no hashes).

So, is the solo miner the best route?

Yeah:
1. Make sure you are mining on the "hodl" algorithm.
2. Make sure monitor is enabled in suprnova
3. Solo mining is a good route, but I have no idea if it's the best.

Network hashrate is high at the moment. So solo mining with a usual PC can be little bit frustrating if you don't find any blocks. So in my opinion pool mining should be a better way for you. But when you don't see anything running on suprnova I think something is wrong in your configuration. With which parameters do you start your miner?

New version's setup is now released thanks to ghobson!

Download it @ http://hodlcoin.com/#wallet

It's looking good!

Does anyone know which pools nicehash uses to aggreate their hasing power on ? I don't know, and want to buy a contract for hashing power on suprnova.cc, but they don't participate.

Is there a current list of HODL mining pools up to date that don't 404?

Suprnova should work. I tested it in last autum but I have seen very high hash rates in Suprnova in 2018. I'm pretty sure that those hash rates originated from NiceHash.
