Or more simply, the development team (if it exists, but it does not seem to be), ... corrects the problem!

please make sure you have the latest wallet which can be gotten from here https://mega.nz/#!udQGlK4K!9in105KEmqFz6vs882XIjTjt97_dNDTWNnvfq5UrGnE also delete all the nodes in your config file and use the ones from cryptopia https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=1337

Code:
addnode=212.24.106.51:13373
addnode=144.76.71.141:13373
addnode=213.239.208.169:13373
addnode=195.200.244.73:13373
addnode=74.118.192.18:13373
addnode=69.130.152.117:13373
addnode=5.189.136.83:13373
addnode=86.5.28.9:13373
addnode=149.56.154.75:13373
addnode=72.241.235.204:13373

then in the roaming folder for 1337 delete everything except your wallet.dat and your config and let it resync and that should fix the issue

try this then, backup your wallet.dat and delete everything in your roaming folder, start up the wallet with a empty wallet and let it fully sync, once it is fully synced put your old wallet back in

I won a nice amount of Dogecoins betting on a sports game and decided to sell them all for 1337 coins. I see we are getting a lot of volume in Doge and LTC but not very much with BTC. I will continue to chance my luck betting with Doge and then using the profits to buy 1337 coins to add to my stack.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

I've seen this problem with lots of coins lately..

Anyway.. A max 6 hour old boostrap can be downloaded here: http://chain.blockpioneers.info/bootstraps/1337bootstrap.zip
Remove everything in your appdata/roaming/1337 or .1337 folder but your wallet.dat, place the bootstrap file in the folder, en open the wallet again.. If all went ok, your wallet will now import the blocks from the bootstrap file..

Or modify your .conf for initial resync

Code:
(all the regular stuff)
listen=0
connect=chain.blockpioneers.info

Notice the connect, instead of addnode?  Wink
This makes you connect with one node (I used my explorer one), and should get you through with syncing..
When your resync is fully complete, you can set back your old .conf settings..

Hope this helps you a bit..

I will try soon Smiley

Edit:
But as has been said, the problem should not come from the nodes but from a bug in the linux wallet. Did the developer team come back from vacation since then?

i envy your enthusiasm, but in fact 1337 markets are on the verge of destruction.
it's proven useless, and it's hard times for all pos coins when btc crazy pumped

Thanks and I see where you are coming from however I really like this coin and want to support it as much as possible. Yes almost all POS coins are taking a hit at the moment but maybe once people start taking profits off the table selling some of their BTC they might start to invest back into POS coins once again.

I agree and if we get some support in the market then 1337 could get back up above 1 sat again. Hopefully in 2017 this happens for us all here who support 1337 coin and in the meantime I will continue to buy 1337 coins with my Dogecoins I earn from faucets as well as some BTC and LTC.

Hi all
Dont send ya coins to c-cex they go missing.

They're a bit behind. Sent a test amount about half an hour ago, and they're about 400 blocks behind atm.

it doesn't look like behind but pretty much like forked, look at their POS diff...
why do you still mess with c-cex people

Velvet87 some time ago on this forum that if he couldn't personally resolve the issue with C-Cex, that he'd hire someone to do so. What is the status of that commitment? Some of us here still have coins stuck there. C-cex now shows 1337 as "wallet broken".
