We are still waiting on the official announcement from Velvet so none of us really know the right answers except that the swap will be 100:1 I'm sure it won't be too long before we get an update from Velvet. To be honest I think it's a great time to release a new coin as the market has been crazy for the past few weeks and with many coins rising in price even coins that have a huge coin supply so we never know 1337 coin could also see some of this action soon.

After swap 1337 and woot will have the same stake rate? Two coins then... i am confused...  I don't believe w00t will as I'm not sure if we have been told the details on what the staking rate will be for w00t. I'm sure we'll get all the details on the swap and more on what w00t will be very soon. Keep picking up those cheap 1337 coins as the more you own the more w00t you'll be able to own. Allright, i am waiting for swap announcement...  I would be more happy with only one coin after swap, but we'll see... got my 1337 "for free" so far...  What do I have to do with my coins in my wallet before swap? leave them staking until we get more info I don't really like the split ... we have two coins then, just why?

As i understand it w00t will be a different coin not 1337 rebranded, its only relation to 1337 other than the dev will be that you can only purchase them with 1337 during the ico many devs have more than one coin it really shouldn't be a concern |

Your user name on here has 3 zeros where as the new coin has only 2 and I'm not sure that anyone copied you as I don't even know which member even came up with the name. Velvet can answer this and if it's going to be an issues I'm sure that a name change will happen. |

When i think about the split now i think it could be a nice offer for 1337 supporters. Let's wait for swap announcement... |

Maybe once w00t is released there will be some promotions for the new coin. I do tweet about 1337 coin every now and then to help spread the word but recently I haven't as I've been promoting a lot of other coins. But once w00t is released I'll be sure to spread the word as much as I can. |

I understand where you are coming from mate as I also have been moving coins out of POSWallet as I don't want them to be stuck there like another coin we are both invested in. I only have a couple of million 1337 coins on POSWallet at the moment and I am thinking of taking them off there as well. I hope you get your wallet started. |

my wallet is working and synced and i withdraw all my coins from poswallet. now i`m read to stake coins every 2 hours!
i will also see if i`m getting better results than what i`ve earned at poswallet.

If you have a quite large amount of 1337 probably you'll stake nicely, but if you have lower amount like me (~1.5 mill) is better on poswallet. |
