whats up guys, how does staking work?
does it stake automatically or do i have to add something manually in my wallet?

thanks
Just keep your wallet open with your coins it in and it will stake automatically. You'll see the green up arrow at the bottom right corner, you can hover over it to see it staking.

thanks brother

I keep getting a virus notification

Threat:  Backdoor.Trace
Category: Malware
Type: Registry Key
Location: HKU\S-1-5-21-67372923-3759411198-50928868-1001\SOFTWARE\1337

Please advise
Another Malwarebytes user I suppose? The wallet is clean. This scanner is thorough but kind of wrong (kind of because it does say 'trace' after all) in this case. It's just the name 1337 of the registry key, probably there was a backdoor malware once that left a key of the same name. Not surprising considering from where the term 1337 originated really.

If you don't believe me you can do this test yourself: Remove the wallet (backup wallet.dat) or take any other PC without wallet but with Antimalware on it, open regedit, go to that path, choose new key and name it 1337. Let Antimalware run and you'll get the same result. The other way round, rename the real wallet key and suddenly Malwarebyte's happy. Since the wallet wouldn't be able to find it anymore it just would generate a new 1337 named one so you'll have to add an exception for it in Antimalware to stop the warning popping up.

To stop this thing coming up from time to time perhaps the next wallet version could name that key 1337wallet, 1337-QT (like the subkey) or Velvettech or something.

Hello everyone.  I feel terrible asking such a newb question, but for the life of me, I cannot find the config file (or any files) regarding 1337 in my mac.
It is taking FOREVER to sync my 1337 wallet on my mac (just like bitcoin-qt, komodo, ETH and every other full wallet I have tried downloading).  I read that it will sync quicker if I can add 'chart=0' into the config file to remove the updating chart from the wallet.  unfortunatley, I cannot find where any folder with '1337' in it exists.  There is no sign of it anywhere in my mac (god I miss my PC).  Anyway, I have the 1337-QT start up file on my desktop and have no idea where even the blockchain is downloading (slowly) to, any and all help would be much appreciated.
Thank you all,
Wellssea

Your wallet will be in the library folder under Application support  1337 but in order to find that you will need to add that folder just google how to show my hidden folders on mac that will help you a lot.
Depending on the mac version it will be somewhere in the lib folder

https://1337casino.com/index.php

test deposit didn't work
10/10confirmation

Youre probably still using the 1.7.0.0 wallet. Upgrade to 1.8.0.0 and it works smooth Smiley

So in case anyone still wondering..

1337casino.com and the faucet @ Crypto4free.com is both running on 1.8.0.0

Well done mate and welcome to the 1337 coin community.

I also just purchased a few thousand more 1337 coins with the funds I earned from a few faucets Doge and LTC. It's not much but it all adds up and helps build on my staking weight to earn more 1337 coins from staking.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

Nice video mate as this will help many of the new people coming into the 1337 coin community and I'll also be sure to share this video on social media as I do have a few 1337 coin followers. Velvet can also add this video to the ones already listed on the 1st page of this thread.

Great video xenonflux! This guy is a great part of the 1337 movement, I read a lot of him on their Slack and he is really committed to the project. Good stuff, you need these kind of people to move further.

I personally hope and believe in at least 100 sat. The project will rise hard when the word AND the project comes out with the Minecraft development!

Ah, perhaps the faucet is still on the old wallet. Thank you for letting me know it works with 1.7.0.0.

Someone previously made a good suggestion for you:

'You're using the old wallet. You need to go to the website and download the new wallet V 1.8.0.0'

Apologies if I inadvertently injected my issues into your thread.

You're welcome

I downloaded V1.8.0.0-g and it's synced with network but still the same problem

i trayed to send again to nova but nothing received this time transaction unconfirmed

If you've sent some coin from your wallet to an exchange, you'll have to wait a little for it to confirm. Shouldn't take too long.

Deposits made in my wallet directly from coin exchange didn't get in my wallet either. I'm with version v 1.7.0.0, upgraded to V 1.8.0.0, and the problem was not solved.

4 dollar per one 1337 coin? Thats VERY optimistic, haha. I dont have a lot of knowledge about the marketcap part but the fact that there are a lot of coins available makes it difficult to reach those kind of numbers. But even going to 40 cents per 1337 coin is like what? 400 times your investment of what it is now? Inmense potential.
