I wouldn't describe it as someone's decision. It's a lame attempt to enforce the opinion of plebs by posting a cropped piece of knowledge that someone else wrote ages ago, and what's worse is that he doesn't know who the author was.

The chain looks OK so far. Creating an orphaned fork of X blocks can happen. Even dozens of blocks making then an orphan chain.
I guess this is what happened.

c-cex delisting is no good thing but you can't be serious about making volume with the premine

The premine is intact and it staying that way speaks volumes in terms of trust, that's an asset. So far dev has not taken anyone's money, he is in red.

If c-cex goes then tough luck, not the end of the world, and if you got coins there, it will cost you next to nothing to make some volume if you care that much.

C-Cex needed 6 BTC. At current price the premine would not generate enough BTC. The market performed bad in january. Not even sure we hit 2 Bitcoins. So if you're willing to put 4000€ only to keep the market open go for it. Like proletaire said, not the end of the world.

Instructions of how to make volume in a exchange
(not bittrex cos they dont allow selftrades)

you send the premine to the exchange. Also 2 btc.

The you put a buy order using 2 btc, and you dump into your order.
repeat process until we achieve the 6 btc volume requiered

then you move the premine back to the original address.

you only lose the c-cex fees
