Rads is totally undervalued and not even known in the CryptoPress  RADS looking like a DEAD on Poloniex .. Radim VS Factom Factom is rated 15 times higher than Radium although radium is better because of complete decentralized ... IMO Factom has VC fund, that is the reason why they are favorite of investors. Besides, they are in Microsoft Azure. |

Also I guess that Radium as a participant BaaS can join to Azure too. I think there is a good chances.. And Radium still undervalue |

Hello everybody , i need some help. Im a kind of a noob and i bought a little bit of Rads. What i did : - downloaded the radium wallet.exe , installed , go on receive , i see my Rads adress. Gave this adress for a cashout on Poloniex. Everything went fine. If i go on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/rads/ and paste this adress , i can see the Rads amounts correct as deposited. However they do not appear on my Wallet. I guess its because its not sync , but when i go to transactions , sync with network doesnt do anything. Just stay stuck like this. What should i do , and optional question , should i do more things in order to secure my wallet ? Thanks a lot |

Ok, if you use the SmartChain application, it will automatically bootstrap your wallet and speed up the sync. Stop your wallet, backup your wallet.dat from %appdata%/radium, and then delete the "database" and "txleveldb" folder, and the blk0001.dat file. Download the SmartChain from here https://github.com/JJ12880/SmartChain/releases , and start the SmartChain. The SmartChain application will take care of the wallet setup for you automatically. Remember, DO NOT delete your wallet.dat file, because that is where your radium are stored. Keep me updated. JJ |

New to this coin. Any news I need to look out for... Downloading wallet now. Seemed easy enough.
1. Downloaded wallet and opened file-then closed program
2. Deleted all but wallet.dat file (%appdata%)
3. Downloaded Raidum smart chain (mercury) OP page/page one
4. Started (Radium mercury) with wallet closed. ( it opened it for me and started downloading the block chain ) About 6 weeks out....
Fun stuff....

It sounds like the SmartChain detected an existing radium blockchain, which prevents it from downloading the fresh chain image. If that does not work, ill be available in telegram all evening, and should be able to get it fixed. JJ |

JJ Yeah the easiest way for you to get help is by joining the Telegram group https://t.me/RadiumOfficial and asking. We have a very helpful community and we have devs in the two major timezones (GMT and EST) so one of us will usually be online to help! The new wallet upgrading is coming soon and this will help resolve some of the syncing issues and increase sync speed. We talked about it in our last blog post but we hope to have this ready very soon! |

Are you connected to any of the nodes at this moment? If not make sure you are connected to one and it will continue synching. If you are connected to a node and it is not synching, than I advice you to backup your wallet. Than you remove the software, reinstall it again and import the wallet you made a backup of. Than it should start to synch till you are fully synched. If it still won't work, than I don't know what the problem is. |
