Well it varies from person to person who someone is able to handle the things generally. If you have ability to do multiple task at the same time that means you can mange time among things. Gambling becomes addiction when you take it like over doze for fun or making money the ultimate result is same. It begins to become problem in that specific scenario.

Yes and for those who are feeling that they are badly addicted to gamble and really need a solution to quit this, please try to lower your gambling amounts, like if you are gambling 100 bets a ay try to make it 25 a day and same with time, if you gamble 4 hours try to gamble 30 mins or an hour by max.

A lot of people have gambling problems but the most are also after a while not having a problem anymore.
Its mostly just the addiction for a while and the addiction makes them greedy to and that is the problem of gambling.

Yes agree that one should make a firm mind,and a strong will power is needed because it is not that simple as it can be in advises because i myself has experienced that even i am still gambling addict,but right now my gambling activity has lowered a lot because i try to keep busy in my other work in real life or spending time with friends.

I have my own way which is a very effective way if you really suffering from addiction.

Do not do online gambling.Take only a very limited amount for fun and in case you lose out all you are done for the day & Follow the above 2 rules after some time you will automatically start losing interest in gambling.

Gambling addiction is similar to other addiction for the not addicted it seems very easy just stop playing and you will be fine, but for the addicted is not so easy that is why professional help is needed to treat them so they can get better and leave that problem behind them.

It is not fully legal to gamble for my country. There are some places that you can gamble for limited matches as it is owned by the government. If it is not, you are not allowed to gamble anywhere. The government even block some of the gambling websites.

That's sad that gamble is not legal on your country yet. But is the gambling in internet is legal/ and you can really play with your coins? if your goverment are locked up some website that you can't really visit then use proxys to view some website that you want to play with your bitcoin anyway just don't lose faith soon.

nothing can stop us for playing gambling and there are many people still can playing gambling although in their country is prohibited because they use vpn. but for the good thing is you can stay away from gambling and you don't have to loss your money.

Our behavior is the biggest problem and it depend on our expectation what we want to win from gambling, people get greedy when they start winning with gambling and i think it is really hard to make stop ourself in that kind of condition and it is very long period to give up it, that is why gambling creating a lot of problem in our daily life.

And yes it all happen only when you don't have a control over your self and control over your tolerance in your bet amount, that is why when we win we should put some amount to safety and some of it to gambling but that does not mean that we should spend all of our winnings back into gambling.

I believed that another thing that keeps people hold unto gambling are the hope of getting back the sum of the money that they had lose in gambling.

Absolutely, but most gamblers will listen to their heart more often because gambling will give you an emotions that you will lose your self sometimes. And that is the main reason why we lost and having a problem without our ability to control our self and know when to stop.
