Sometimes you just have to decide to cut your losses.  If you just keep losing you need to stop so that you don't lose even more.  That's what I have had to do.

I think the guy is referring to those people that are addicted to gambling. I also hope those kind of people will come up with their senses and don't take gambling so serious as like it can bring them so much money. Greed is one thing that makes them addcted in it. I've lost over 10BTC in the past three months, and let me tell you. Stopping isn't as easy as you might think. I don't know why I keep doing it but I do. And the result is always the same.
