yah, it is not easy to change your lifestyle since it has been like that for the past 10+ years. so you definitely need some mutual support and a direction to guide you.

I think you hard to stop gambling
so its better to not start play it if you not ready to lose your money.
If you stop gambling, stop it for good, do not do anything related to gambling because that would lead you to be tempted in doing it again. I know having a gambling problem is hard because there is not such dose of medicine that can cure it, you need to seek help from the expert or the best option talk to your families and friends. yes, to stop gambling you really need a lot of support. you need professional support to teach you how to deal with the urge but 90% of the other time, you still need peer pressure and care from loves one. Better to go in psychiatrist to ask how to prevent and ask for a solution.. and i think they can give the best solution for you.. it really depends on the person and their problems. i mean it is different in accordance with how big a problem somebody has. for many people the gambling problem is just an easy light addiction that can be cured by getting busy with a hobby. seeking professional help from a psychiatrist is for serious cases of gambling addiction only. |

A friend of mine has a problem with his gambling addiction. He don't even play for the money
because he have enough. But it's the game what makes him decide to come back. He's so addicted in the roulette.

A lot of people have gambling problems and I think its okay to have some problems with them, it only do not need to harm you or someone else.
If you harm your girlfriend with it you have to stop for sure.

I have found that if I gamble, I need to set rules and stick to them. For example, I have only certain games that I will play and I limit how much I'm allowed to bet. Also, after a predetermined amount of gain, I have to stop and after a predetermined amount of loss I have to stop. It helps to have some rules to follow.
yeah I think even though I use a variety of rules and restrictions in the number amount to gamble. I doubt players will obey it. I think it will be difficult for the players to follow the rules. Most people will loose their control when gambling. although you've been using a lot of rules |

It is a greater problem that you are already losing too much and it is just okay with you. I think that is already an addiction and should be stopped more. If you can accept that you lose your house and money because of gambling and you are ready to accept it, is it still okay? Of course not. Gambling should be stopped whether you are ready to lose or not. It will lead to bigger problems if not stopped early. |

In my opinion this people have a long run of win when they are just starting out and now they are experiencing a losing streak and wants to get that winning streak but doing so they are actually losing a lot of money because they cannot control themselves anymore from their gambling habit.. yeah it is usually possible we managed to get a profit when it first entered or played in gambling? but it will not last long You will definitely defeat and although you try to win and restore all your money instead you add defeat. yeah players can not control themselves |
