I see there is so many people trying hard to stop gambling their money because they've losing so much
If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!
Stop gambling much, I suggest that you talk to some family member if you are addicted because I can tell you that it can only go downhill if you continue this. I think this is not the best way but it can help.. better to go in psychiatrist first and ask what will you do ot prevent yor self to gamble your money and i think they can give more solution for your problem.. |

Well at least your still concern about him on what he is doing to his money and yours I think he needs to realized it before it's too late that he is really addicted to gambling and he should stop it before something bad will happen to him, he is barely needed an attention of a psychiatrist. |

That solution required a big budget and investment since an occassionally outing or seldom outdoor activities can't really be help. It must be on regular basis so that the person will make focus on it. Let's say an activity today like trekking, it will consume at least 2 days. After arriving at home they will rest more to gain back the energy. Now week after make some activity again. It will take the person really busy and the fun is really amazing. |

I have found that if I gamble, I need to set rules and stick to them. For example, I have only certain games that I will play and I limit how much I'm allowed to bet. Also, after a predetermined amount of gain, I have to stop and after a predetermined amount of loss I have to stop. It helps to have some rules to follow.
yeah I think even though I use a variety of rules and restrictions in the number amount to gamble. I doubt players will obey it. I think it will be difficult for the players to follow the rules. Most people will loose their control when gambling. although you've been using a lot of rules That is the real problem of gambling. Even after many plans and regulations for your every move in gambling, you still need luck favors you. Without luck all your plans and hard work and even money may go in vain with gambling most of the time. |
