As much as I hate Dogecoin and all the other cheap copies (anything short of mind-blowing innovative but incompatible with bitcoin itself should have no chance against the network effect of bitcoin. anything more or less innovative but compatible with bitcoin should be considered a test-coin that will be integrated into bitcoin and thus as being obsolete or die before, due to network effect.) there is the remote chance of "somebody" pushing a joke into the market. Thought experiment:
You have 10 billion dollar and want to have the biggest share of the future money. Will you jump on the bitcoin bandwagon, buying in to get a 20% share or would you rather pump a joke-coin to 50 billion market cap with you owning at least 50% in an attempt to dethrone bitcoin? I find option #2 quite tempting and the more money you have the more tempting it is. Although Dogecoin's distribution is far from "fairer" simply because it skyrocketed that fast, many of its users promote it as being fairer and who wants unfair bitcoins if media pushes such a twisted idea? I see no reason to ignore any coin that "started as joke". I see every reason to not over-glorify xorxor's take on each of these coins.

Ok they should also say DOGECOIN has the most "INSTAMINE" of any coin ever. 6.5% 12Billion coins instamined in the first 3 days. Since then suckers keep buying.

I guess it's about time to add Counterparty / XCP, now that it surpassed MastecCoin in coinmarketcap (7th position now).

Having similar function as Mastercoin, though:

* being fully community based and distributed (almost no known heavy holders here)
* issued via first massive Proof-Of-Burn process (more then 2124 BTC are lost forever, being converted to XCP)
* having the first worldwide *working* distributed exchange and asset exchange (smart property)
* listed on poloniex exchange
* traded volume is 4x higher then Mastercoin

I guess it warrants a place at "BIG and IMPORTANT CRYPTO'S" section .

Definitely to "BIG and IMPORTANT CRYPTO'S" section. But anyway its go sooner or later there and maybe later to "TRUE CRYPTOCURRENCIES" where is Counterparty/XCP real place. Its really nice see is this one of coins what btc-e coming take to list, i think so but its take time..

What is not on that list?
