1. Mainchain stabilisation ✅
The most important milestone for many users this year is the stabilisation of the mainchain, and the subsequent activation of community forging. With that, we will also enable forging rewards so that delegates are able to finance community projects, and foster a growing ecosystem.

2. Merging Lisk-CLI into the Lisk App SDK
The Lisk-CLI tool in its current form will cease to exist. We will rewrite the application, and merge its functionalities directly into the Lisk App SDK, providing a self-contained development package, and reducing our development effort from two repositories to one. The planned merge and rewrite of Lisk-CLI, will make blockchain application development easier to manage, and also lower the barrier to entry for new developers.

3. Lisk App SDK stabilisation
Stabilising our sidechains and making it possible for developers to start working on blockchain applications, is a major step towards achieving one of Lisk’s core goals. We shall therefore undergo major changes in our Lisk App SDK, making sidechains not only stable, but also reliable.
During this step we will split every sidechain into a single, independent database. As of writing, every installed sidechain has their own tables within the same database as the mainchain, this comes with many disadvantages. Running every sidechain in its own separate database allows developers to achieve high scalability independent of the mainchain. It also makes everyday sidechain administration easier and straight-forward.
Another important task is the implementation of a secured and protected virtual machine for blockchain applications. This way the JavaScript code of the application will run in an encapsulated environment, securing the computer from any harmful application.
Currently, sidechains also need to be verified whenever they are launched. We will implement the same quick-load feature as it exists on the mainchain, and remove the need for constant re-verification, making sidechains easier to administer and deploy.

So step 1 of Phase 1 is done right?

Not yet, the standby delegates are waiting the block N° 1'451'520 so they can start to forge Smiley.

I don't expect such a a price drop. To be honest I don't a expect a drop at all. The forged lisk will be managed only by those 101 people. They can't dump too much the price. And even if one of them does he will most likely be unvoted by the community. Not to add that the forged lisk will also be reduced once per year until we reach the 1 lisk/round mark.

Forging look like mining, if you have high mining hardware, you will get more bitcoins. In Lisk,if you have more lisk, you will stay in 101 delegate(more voting power). Who know some millionaires want to be delegate if forging start.  Smiley

"The development team behind Lisk believes that the inclusion of additional fees will pressure active delegates to become more competitive. Stakeholders will purchase more LISK to receive more voting power, which ultimately increases the possibility of securing the forging rewards."

I expect the opposite to happen.

There's a big incentive for a delegate spot, so people will be buying up and holding Lisk for voting weight.

Most of the inflation going to delegates will be flowing into blockchain application development, which will add huge value to Lisk.

This is much better than most coins where the inflation goes toward paying for mining hardware and electricity.

Hi there, unfortunately lost my 2nd passphrase from one of my LSK wallets, there is something that I can do? or any  support contact? Thank's

Some one?

Look at all the files, gmail, look for search patterns if you remember even 1 word you maybe saved it somewhere (use wingrep to find content in files). Else if you lost there is like 0 chance to get back whats on that account. Wish you find it - good luck.
Thats good advice, hope you can find your passphrase otherwise there is no luck in retrieving.

Good luck from me too.

I always save my passwords on two different USB sticks.
And I still use an old school method... paper and pen. No joke  Cool

Thank you very much to each and everyone for their comments, unfortunately hard disk failure at the time of the 2nd difficult generate backup passphrase do it.
currently planning a forensic analysis to the hard disk, I am sure to find it but ... take some time.

Yes, look like Lisk blockchain is broken. I though this already taken care of long ago. Poloniex withdrawal take forever without submit ticket even though it say completed. Lisk blockchain look weak and incompetent.

Poloniex seems to be having some issues on how they've set up their Lisk node. Make sure to contact Poloniex for assistance on your transactions as there is nothing we can do at this time.
