Since the ICO was public and the amount you collected is public information and you admit to have collected this amount, what difference does it make to post the public address that holds this amount. Seriously.

I thought max published the 2-of-3 multi-signature Coinbase bitcoin address during the ICO. If he didn't anyone who bought in with bitcoin can track the movement of their bitcoins to that Coinbase bitcoin address on a block explorer.

All BTC will directly go into a 2-of-3 multi-signature Coinbase vault. That means the money can only be withdrawn if two of the three signees agree.
Therefore we have partnered up with two trusted and reputable individuals who will get one key to the multi-signature vault each.

How can the voters or anyone else be protected for evetually "scam" delegates who promises i.e. 30% forging to the voters, 20%dapp development etc.

the delegate can just "run" away with the forged lisk and not fullfill their promises...

I would like to think that the majority of the delegates are not scammers and they see the sense in keeping their position going long into the future. You never know though and as far as I'm aware there is no safety net to catch them.

Hopefully this will work itself out - if the delegates don't keep to their promise then they will lose their position and get voted off.

This is how i see it richt now, as an investor i always need to make rational desicions base on facts but also make predictions based on highest probability:

1. ~14.000 btc where collected during the ico , that's currently ~11,000,000 $

2. Fund access will happen assoon Lisk as A Foundation or a legal entity of anyform will be established. (I expect this to happen either this month or in January)

3. Bitcoin price is on the edge of an break out because of segwit vote. What does breakout mean? Its means the leap in price that bitcoin does ones in a while and publicly estimated between 3000$ and 6000$

Conclusion:  lisk has a supercell storm formation right now, because the DEVELOPMENT MONEY is in the WORST CASE 11 freakin million $ and BEST CASE ~ 50 MILLION $



That makes lisk the best funded Cryptoproject in the world.
