Any plans how you can turnaround the value of this coin? It is slowly moving lower and lower and not a lot of buy interest. What about creating a fork and let part of the community take it over? Look the results of ETC... It has more volume and the same interest as ETH. I would ask you to consider the option to make a fork and launch LSKC that is run by this community.

The value is building every day since months. What you mean is the price. Once the value overcomes a threshold the price will follow.

If community members want to build a Lisk classic, so be it. They can build it. However, I don't see us in that equation. Wink

Is there any Dapps ready? On which Dapps are you working? Is there a update around this topic? Yes, i mean the price. When will there be a listing on Kraken (for example)?

Fork without reason is pure stupidity imo... It would easily kill value of both chains. Project will be done with your idea mate.

Sorry in advance, but this is utter nonsense.
Please inform yourself about the history of Ethereum. Why did they do a Hard Fork? What is Ethereum Classic? Who is behind ETH & ETC now?

Do you really think a simple fork is the same as ETC?

I have an idea. why don't you make your own stock exchange- "Liskchange" for example. I say this seriously. you have every opportunity to do so.

Need some experienced advice,

I wonder is it sustainable to make daap where early investors control coin price? That means we give all coins to early investors, and daap users are forced to buys coins from exchange trough our system
we are coding one idea, but not sure how to make crypto setup yet..

I'm considering something along these lines for ATLASS, https://forum.lisk.io/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=29 , where tokens are issued at a price according to a power law in which the price increases slightly at a fixed percentage as each token is sold instead of doing an ICO with a deadline and bidding war for equity near the end.

The tokens can stay on sale until a minimum quantity is sold and the sale continue until existing stake holders decide to end the sale. This removes the FOMO pressure to buy on emotion, and prevents speculative bubbles, so people can decide to participate when they feel comfortable with the progress and price.

The nice thing about a power law is that the curve looks the same wherever you are on it, so if you join later, you're not paying for a windfall to early adopters, but early adopters are still rewarded with a larger overall gain. The tokens can still trade on an open market, but the price would be capped by the current sale price from the project until the sale ends, if it ever ends.

A variant would be a buy back as well, where the tokens can be sold back to the project, but this might be seen as a Ponzi if the buy back comes from investor funds. It is better if the tokens are only used to buy services from the application, or can be resold to other users.

Yeah, they even got Hoskinson to dev it.
Even though I think that's because Hoskinson still holds a grudge for getting fired and ETH
becoming so successful after his ousting.

They have hired Ricardo Ferro... but what is this guy doing? He was hired 1 month ago. In fact those this guy really exist? Making a linkedin place can be done by everyboding. Adding a few functions and all done. If that guy is working 8 hours a day for a full month then he should at least have a functional specification of what he is planning to do. Can we have a look at that document, or is it really a ghost? Cheesy

So what to do with the Lisk ico founds?

1.- Developers will be the priority number one.

2.- Delegates have to be activated.

Every delegate have a different vision, goal and projects to develop but they still waiting :/ also if the 101 work as a team and  all of them contribute a portion for 1 massive project (at the side of the personal projects and goals of course)  like a Delegates Venture Project will be a Killer! Unity is the key. [/b]

I totally agree with this statement.  I am hoping to be an Active Delegate soon when forging rewards start...so please vote for me!  I intend to fund efforts like this with 20% of my monthly forging rewards going into a special account called mal_dapp_funds:

https://explorer.lisk.io/address/16339383223344816582L

I put an initial 10K Lisk into mal_dapp_fund several weeks ago.  Since it is a little early to be working on actual dapps yet, for now I am using mal_dapp_fund to support other current Lisk software efforts.

For example,  I funded 5.8K Lisk towards a total of 13K Lisk to support a Lisk Lite Client effort by Fixcrypt.  Most of that 5.8K is hopefully going to get paid back later to mal_dapp_fund by smaller pledges already promised from a group of Lisk community members who all hope to soon be forging delegates themselves.  Check the soft client software out that we have funded for  your  Windows/Linux/Mac machine. It still needs work but the exchange section is awesome, with direct Lisk-to-ATM card support:

https://github.com/fix/Lisk-Lite-Client

I know for a fact that many, many other hopeful delegates intend to support Lisk ecosystem development at a 20% monthly donation level once forging rewards start.

Let me tell you what I would like to see as a Killer Delegate Project we unify behind:

LiskDAO

The public wanted something like this from another coin, and made it a $100M project very quickly.   That other coin messed up their version of a DAO and have descended into bickering among themselves amid the ruins of their failed attempt.  This has left an opening for Lisk to do it right and fill the current opening in this killer dapp space.

Anybody interested in coding this?  Let me know.  I can organize a bunch of soon-to-be-delegates to fund you once forging rewards start.

I guess the big moves are yet to come...

Lisk has an opening here.

Lisk's big moves are indeed yet to come...

Lisk holds over 14,000 BTC (worth over $9,000,000) that have not even been touched yet to support code development.

Hi there!, I was disconnected for a while, questions:  It's the web login https://login.lisk.io/ safe for wallet use? and, Someone know why deposit/withdraw on polo it's being disabled from time on time?

Yes, https://login.lisk.io/ is the official web wallet and is safe to use.

Poloniex has temporarily disabled deposits and withdrawals due to broadcasting issues that will be hotfixed in next update coming soon.

Thanks for the answer, Some date to the next update?
