This is one theory about LIR, I'm not convinced that Eric and the current incarnation of Phoenix1969 are still the same people I did a lexical analysis on the posts are there are many differences in writing formation, grammar and structure. It seems clear to me that the owner of that account changed hands at least two times. I think if he planned this the way it seems that he must have changed his writing style to fit the scam. I could be wrong. Either way just be careful picking him as a delegate because Eric Hansen looks like a scammer. I don't see how Eric would have had time to be involved with LIR. He's constantly been on Lisk chat nearly 24/7 since March. Also, why would a scammer post his driver's license with his picture and location in a public forum? I am inclined to believe he was too preoccupied with Lisk to bother with the Phoenix1969 account on BCT when he thought he had just forgotten the password, and just did a screenshot of the profile, given the time it must have taken him to write up such a detailed and lengthy delegate proposal. Also, Phoenix1969 has never shown any interest in or made any mention of any type of gambling sites or dapps while in Lisk chat or in the forums, until he found out his BCT account was used to promote LIR. |

That's one of the most intellectual statements I've seen yet. I'd pretty much decided I won't be investing in any gambling projects other than prediction markets. While gaming sites have the potential to make a lot of money, their teams seem to operate under very shady conditions and they seem to attract a really low class of investor. The homophobic rhetoric in the LIR thread is downright nasty. LIR has been a major eye opener. That was the first time I'd seen a project launched by a team using BTC accounts they acquired somehow to use other peoples' reputations to deceive investors instead of using their own accounts. |

At most he is a preplanning cold blooded scammer. Which ever one or anywhere in-between he is not to be trusted and neither are you. |

Yes, this thread is supposed to be about Lisk. Pretty silly that LIR is being dragged into here. As a heads up, though, in case anyone is considering Let It Ride as an investment that it looks like some of the people in LIR may be colluding to manipulate the LIR market, and it has had a big price jump with huge 0.4 BTC volume and 57% price jump from .000000217 to .000000340 BTC/LIR: If anyone here wants to help me get the price back up and is a big holder of lir AND btc then send me a message and we can discuss possible options.
Edit. Besides the top 10 investors I have been talking with all weekend with the devs.

I would be definitely interested and really hope your proposal get approved. Testnet is a vital part! I'm on the road for about a week or so and have limited access to internet so my servers are paused but I intend to fire them up as soon as I'm back home and continue forging/testing. |
