Hello @all ,

A few words regarding yesterday's dispute here in this chat regarding the testnet bounties. I fully understand your frustrations that it's taking so long to start community forging. I fully believed that at this point we would be up and running already, I was wrong. We continue to push extremely hard as we do from the beginning. Software development is unfortunately never predictable. The last update did a big step forward and the next update will do another step forward.

I ask you all to keep things professional here in the Lisk.Chat and in all other public Lisk communication channels. We just lost an interview with a very promising, high-profile, potential back end developer thanks to the drama yesterday.

Best regards,
Max

If you lost a interview because of some drama I am not sure if that guy would be a good fit for the Lisk team.

Don't you think that your company's HR matters should be kept confidential? Statements like that sure won't encourage any investors to put money into your project.

might needed to work it out inside the core and no need to inform the community to avoid possible break down oh well i don't know but it seems something affect the  price but im sure it can be resolved just needed to wait for the dev to move forward.

Price of most alts are just reacting to BTC rise.  Do agreed that HR matters should be kept internally.  Blaming community will only show Lisk is incapable of handling the situation.

Any news about TRIG? Trading started on Bittrex and price is down
TRIG? You got the wrong thread  Grin

This is a Lisk sidechain project.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/blocksafe-to-employ-lisk-sidechain-in-building-smart-gun-blockchain

I just can't find TRIG thread

I wonder if blocksafe has figured out that lisk sidechains arent viable at this point?

The non-profit isnt setup yet. They cant have any money (tax-free) until it is setup. Im wondering why it's taking so long to get this setup. Maybe Germany wants Max to pay taxes on his millions?

Community should vote that LISK is using ICO money to SUPPORT the coin price.

In real world when a share goes down then CEO, CFO are buying back shares!!! LISK should do the same. This is not just a shitcoin of 10 BTC or so, but a real coin. he has some RESPONSIBILITIES!!!! and that means not spending money on hookers, plane tickets, drugs,...

It all hinges on getting the non-profit established. Why it's taking so long? Where are they in the process? Lisk should keep us informed on these matters.

LSK price is at 33300 and about to crater into the earths core. They dont seem to even be responding to questions here now.

Maybe LiskHQ is too busy to comments? What about the community leador? he can answer?

Definitely NO
The ICO Fund is reserved for the next five years (development, marketing et cetera) and not for your ego aka profit.

Only incompetent Devs/CEOs of terrible projects buy their own coins to subsidize.

Lol, lawsuite against lisk.
I think you do remember that the ico money were to be considered as donation, you can't do nothing Smiley.

Yeah he (max) promised and investors are still waiting his promises; I'm happy to have sold all my lisk bag few weeks ago Cheesy.
I will buy a lot of lisk < 30K satoshi, it's not wise to buy now when lisk is dumping.

I don't understand why you wouldn't express your opinion with your money, instead of whining here. You think Lisk is doomed? Sell it. You think Lisk is going down even further? Well, sell now and buy back later. What are you afraid of?

@LiskHQ:

I looked a bit into the gGmbH (gemeinnützige Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) you guys are trying to set up and have few concerns if it's the right choice for your company. This is not intended as fud and please correct me if I'm totally wrong:

A gemeinnützige Gmbh is roughly translated a "limited non-profit company" or "non-profit limited liability company" which intends to act in a social manner and which is not profit oriented. This would put "Lisk" in the category of Social Entrepreneurship with the intent to develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural or environmental issues. Now I guess your main goal by forming a gGmbH is to get tax advantages (which are very high in Germany). gGmbHs are mainly charitable organizations focusing on philanthropic goals or social well-being ( educational, religious, cultural, scientific).

So my main concern is: How does Lisk fit into this category? Lisk may be scientific and research oriented. But at the same time a lot of aspects are   for profit oriented (offering cryptocurrency, being listed on several exchanges etc). Are these aspects the reason for the delay?

I hope you could clear this up in your next blog post or meeting.

Thx

Edit: I guess that's also why the ICO investments had to be declared as "donations"
