I store my bitcoins in a online wallet with a 3 way authentication, its pretty nice and secure.
There are a lot other methods to store your bitcoins, with a cold storage as a example.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I keep Bitcoins in my own computer. I think because the safest. I keep it online but sometimes I find that quite unsafe because I sometimes hear from people that they have been hacked... So that's why I do it on my own PC.  Undecided

Its unsafe to save them online but its the easiest way, and the most people choose the easiest way.
I think a paper wallet is the safest option but the problem is that a lot of work.

As said not safe to use online wallets, still blockchain.info seems to be good comparatively. This wallet has the paper code which helps you get your account back even if something goes wrong.

Today I'm not currently holding any coins at the moment but usually I keep them on an exchange. Terrible practice really, I know, but one day (hopefully not too late) I will pull them out of the exchange and into cold storage and some kind of hot wallet setup for my own consumption.

lol it will be very secure dude. even the best hacker will not be able to hack your account lol. I myself only use one authentication, ie only sms authy. safe enough for me. I have not been hacked after using it

I usually keep most of my coins in Blockchain wallet, that I also will have linked to my phone, but I try to make it as secure as possible, i restrict the IP addresses that can be used to log on, 2FA, and a real strong password.  Plus, i rarely have more than 2BTC at one time, and if i did, I would split it up into two separate wallets.

Emergency in gambling. This is new word. But great Idea. We always need to have some funds in our casino wallets to bet immediately to get cope up any emergency.

Sounds like the casinos are the new cold storage.

Gamblers should really take back a few steps and put aside a few coins just for safety, just limit your gambling.

My Bitcoin are stored in online wallets. I like the online wallets, it works very well so that is quite good.
I hope later that more people will use online wallets. And online wallets are much cheaper too.

I only use home wallets with the BitcoinCore. I think it is better to control the bitcoin myself. I do not trust others.

online wallets are best if you want to send / receive often. Blockchain is the best i guess. On the other hand you can keep your savings bitcoins in cold storage as it is most secure.

paper wallet is a type of cold storage.
cold storage means storing bitcoin in a wallet or bitcoin address which was created offline.
so it can be created with any of the famous bitcoin wallets (core,armory,electrum,...) or you can find a code that creates just bitcoin address with private keys.
