I store mine on freebitco.in. It's easier and accessible anywhere.

Man I think you are making a big mistake by storing your Bitcoin on that site. You should not even use 3rd party big exchanges let alone small sites like that one. I mean I known freebitco.in is well known and such, but seriously you must not have a lot of BTC or you are crazy for storing them on that site instead of a paper wallet.
I am sure he does not have a decent amount of bitcoin because if we have a good amount and we will always take care of our bitcoin as we know how valuable it is to us. For me, if I do hold for long term then I would always make sure it's safe in my hard wallet, I just put bitcoin in online wallet for instant transaction, like I want to trade and I wan to bet.

I store my bitcoin in my wallet,In my country which is the Philippines the only trusted and wallet that you can rely on is coins.ph,in this wallet the bitcoin you store or save is safe.I store my bitcoin only in coins.ph because I feel really secure,Everytime I earned bitcoin from the signature campaign that I joined I will not withdraw it in my wallet if not neccesary.I will just store it and wait until for its value to increase really high before I convert but right now I didnt withraw any amount of my bitcoin because I can use my wallet in sending money without any fees also I can use my wallet in paying my electrity, water and cellphone plan bills so their is no need for me to withraw I will just store it in my wallet so that I can have many bitcoin soon.

I keep my bitcoins online at Coinbase. Even the first scene does not seem safe, it's just an impression and not a true one. Online wallets seem less secure but if you read all the information given on this topic provided by Coinbase, the "safe" term understands the true meaning that the term has for this business. I am writing something first to say that all payments sent to Bitakenai are paid from Coinbase. Then they store 98% of the subscriber funds offline. Provides an important security measure against offline storage thefts or losses. They deliver worldwide safe deposit boxes and geographically Bitcoin. And at the end Coinbase employees have an amount of insurance against theft and hacking that online bitcoin has exceeded the average value of fitting it at any given time

i mostly have my BTC on paper wallets in a safe, but i do keep a small amount in breadwallet just for showing people and send small amounts.  I think for long term storage paper wallets or offline hardware wallets are the way to go, the difference being paper wallets are free, which i like Smiley
I actually store it at my apllication wallet in shic i can store manu of my bitcoin and then i can actually convert bitcoin to fiat in which i can withdraw it and buy things that i want.

you can use difficult and long passwords to increase the security of bitcoin-purses. but remember that on online services you can not recover the password if you forget it Undecided. in this case, you will lose all your funds Huh. you can write passwords on the sheet and store, for example, in a safe. you need to provide security on your computer if you are going to store bitcoins in an offline wallet. install an antivirus, but it's better to store data on a flash drive.

cold bitcoin storage, encrypted paper wallet, offline transaction signatures, fragmented secret keys, addresses with multi-signatures, hardwired wallets.
as you can see, there are a lot of options for the safe storage of crypto, you just have to choose the one that is most suitable for you Wink

For me i will stored my bitcoin in cold storage(electrum) half of my collected bitcoin every week. and half of my collected bitcoin is in my online wallet which is coinbase.. Coinbase is easy to use and there's no fee for every transaction but its just my temporary wallet because there's a chance that the site will close or down..

I store them in my online local wallet, and if ever I need bitcoins in my needs, I just convert them into our local currency andbthen withdraw it. I just store my earned bitcoin so its value may possibly be higher if the bitcoin's price go up, especially today. Bitcoin's price is unimaginably high and it is a good time for converting them.

Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?

I use an online wallet with currently nothing inside. That will be my wallet for everything including alt coins and bitcoins. Website is liqui.io. My offline wallet is with myetherwallet.com. It comes with a JSON file for me to download. I made a backup on my drive and made it a 2-Step Verification scheme for more security.

I store also my bitcoins online because i have not any offline wallets i have them in my download folder but i didn't do anything with it. I have also some hardware but i will use it in the future.

I keep them mostly on my blockchain wallet i have so far no problems with it only sometimes the fees are really high.
If you have a hardware wallet use it, there have been cases of people that bought hardware wallets and never used them only to be hacked months later something that should not have happened if they used the investment they made in their hardware wallets.

Yes right, keep in wallet safer than exchanges, many complaints that keep bitcoin in exchanges is easy to lose or decrease. to me keep on the web wallet is also good because it is easier and can we control whenever.

I usually save my bitcoin in many wallets depends on each situation, like if i need to be easy to access and use daily trading i will use online wallets such as coinbase or myetherwallet, or if i want to store bitcoin for long time, i will choose cold wallet.

I store my entire crypt currency in the Ledger Nano S offline wallet, if you lose it, you have 24 keys that you can lock and restore a new one! The most secure way to store crypts, in case you rob another exchange! Dedos attacks are carried out constantly! https://www.ledgerwallet.com/products/ledger-nano-s

I keep my bitcoins on my mobile wallet.
I used to keep it on stock exchanges, but I stopped after hacking.

It is risky but you can certain small amount kept on exchanges.
Why is that good? You can react fast if dump occurs or wait for alts to wake up like Dogecoin recently

Never tried anything beyond storing my bitcoins online on sites that provide such a service. (Blockchain, Coins.ph, Coinbase).

Planning to store them offline once I get enough Bitcoins to make the process worthwhile.  Grin
