So the share is "attached" to my... what? wallet that was generated by havelock? e-mail?
Your email, I think. It's your email for those securities administered by TAT anyway (ASICminer, NEOBEE, etc), so I assume it would be the same with others.

Seems that the top link to sign-in isn't working but the one on the bottom of the pages works.
But at the moment if you put a buy or sell order, the order remains pending and is not executed....
Probably some problems more to fix...

What can be done to backup 2FA?
from the security page of the site (when you are logged in) "Your Secret Key and QR Code are hidden once 2FA is enabled. To view your Secret Key or QR Code again, you'll need to temporarily disable 2FA" So if youn didn't write down the code before enabling 2FA now you have to disable it, let it appear on the page when you enable it again, write down and re-enable.

Makes sense, thank you!

Your email, I think. It's your email for those securities administered by TAT anyway (ASICminer, NEOBEE, etc), so I assume it would be the same with others. Exactly. We receive a full list of all unit holders twice daily (midnight and noon), which contains all holder email addresses and the number of units held each. In the event that something happens to Havelock, I'd have to get in touch with each user for an updated Bitcoin address for payouts. It may not be the most efficient method, but it's certainly better than nothing.

TAT as a farewell gesture and if you agree. There are many folk here that would like to see Havelock publish share listings, as registered to individual bitcoin addresses in case of a meltdown with the exchange. Nobody wants to see another BTC-TC or Bitfunder. The importance of having a publicly available asset register has been proven from these events. I ask, please use whatever influence you have with Havelock to get them to implement locked BTC addresses per account or per asset, and have these published pseudonymously for all to see. This would be of great service and security for the community. thanks for you consideration.

However, I disagree with mandatory public ledgers being required for any shareholder, even if psuedoanonymous.

For the sake of discussion, if you dislike public ledgers. What do you propose in the case of rapid shutdown. Domain/servers ceased everyone arrested scenario? Apart from an e-mail address there seems to be no way to independently verify shareholders and holdings.

How long should it be until deposits show up in my account?
Typically just one confirmation in my experience, unless it's been changed. How long has it been since you sent your coins?

Typically just one confirmation in my experience, unless it's been changed. How long has it been since you sent your coins? It went through. After an hour or so I got the first confirmation showing on blockchain and shortly thereafter they appeared in the account. Not sure what the initial hold up was from initiating the send.
