I've compiled windows wallet from the last github and using it now, but it has the same sync issues as previous. I had to
download blockchain from the link to get synchronized and now it looks stuck on block 8327

Same story here, stuck on block 8327. It gets a bit boring now...

Just synced my windows wallet up again with the bootstrap.... My coins have gone into confirmation mode, lets just hope forks don't start happening.

We really need that updated Windows Qt though !

i am keeping my wallet open and therefore synced at this point, were staking now so i think that will help secure network past this point
