It is not big by any means, but the speculation and holding can be exciting. Waiting for the fork and the later or sooner

I think you do not know well, potential when we use the bitcoin. I am one of the people who use the bitcoin earning a living and that I've done 1 year ago, all I got in the bitcoin is almost equal to the salaries of those who every day going to work hard. I prefer the bitcoin for a living and maybe I'll open up the online store accepts payments using bitcoin
what country do you living now? what kind earning in bitcoin work that could covering your daily needs? by doing signature campaign work i only earned 0.2 bitcoin monthly or equal to $115 , trading altcoin average earning for me 0.2 . total 0.4 or equal to $230 and salary average in my place are around $1,500 , and i only earned $230 from bitcoin work. really far way to call "earning a living with bitcoin" for me.

That's what others think, just because they can earned at least around $300 a month thru bitcoin earning method, they think it can cover ALL THEIR DAILY NEEDS. Most of them also want to hold so how come they can earn a living in bitcoin if they want to hold their coins? Where do they will get now their money for spending purposes?

Please keep in mind that use bitcoin in a wiser purposes. It can be your financial backup but it's not recommended for an average bitcoiner to make it as MAIN source of income to support their precious life.

if you consider the amount of currency of every country you will realize that $300 is enough to support financial needs.
i.e. here in Philippines the current amount of dollar is 47 pesos per dollar so $300 dollar is 14k pesos that amount is
enough to support 1 person for a whole month and still have extra left from 14k pesos, so it is not uncommon that some
of bitcoin user that are from south east Asian countries can earn a living through bitcoin only.

It depends on the person and type of living. I lived in the Philippines too and that kind of earnings can't support my daily needs so no way I will rely on my bitcoin earnings to support my daily needs. I earned about $300-$400 thru my bitcoin earnings per month. I earned the same amount in my real life job. So if I will left my real job, I will only get $300-$400 per month depends on the current price.

Not a wise idea to keep bitcoin to support my life. I can have lots of money saved if I will used my fiat to support my needs and my bitcoins was just saved.

No one can earn a living by just holding his bitcoins because for earning a living someone surely needs a lot of bitcoins on daily or weekly basis so for that holding wont work as holding them for one week for give much profit always.

Earning a living through holding bitcoin would just not work. You need to act and do something that would let you earn to cover your expenses like day trading because what if the price of bitcoin is lower than the amount you bought or acquire it then you lose some profit. One should have at least a site maybe gambling site that can generate income as well as cover the cost of expenses and the profit is enough to cover your expenses and let you invest in some non-bitcoin related site then this is the case of earning a living through bitcoin.

It's one of my point. You can't do now your favorite holding the coins for price increase because you really need to convert your bitcoin in regular basis. All your main spendings will now be shouldered by your bitcoin earnings so whatever the currenct exchange rate, you are force to withdraw some of your saved bitcoins to be used in your daily spendings.

So still it's better if you have another source to support your daily needs and let just bitcoin saved in your wallet.

Its good to earn stable income from full time job and invest some money in trading bitcoins from where you can grow your coins on regular basis and if you combine earnings from both then you can earn a good living.

Yes and make sure that you are investing at a right place as its difficult to find any legit site a moment and if you don't want to take any risk then just keep it safe in your wallet.

If you are depending on bitcoin by applying for loan the you cannot expect to earn a living with it, to a living with it you need to have stable income from it.

But that isn't always the case so still it's risky to put and rely in bitcoin to support your daily needs. And besides if you withdraw big amount, still it goes to your budget to take care of spendings. Therefore, it will decrease time by time.

Still bitcoin is good for side income not as the main source of income since you are taking advantage of it's price fluctuations.

I think he's living in a country that has the cost of living is quite low, such as in ASEAN countries. There mostly everyone has the cost of living is much cheaper than the cost of living in areas of Europe or in the usa. All of this depends on where we live bung, so this will not be a problem if they can earn a living only by using bitcoin
depending on the standard of live every where, no in Europ or Australia or USA, here in Asia there so many people who live a more standard life here which a person cannot think in USA or Europ, if a person is spending a very very low standard of living, just living from hand to mount then its ok, but i think still then no one can believe on bitocin for living and that will be a foolish decision, therefore to me we should consider bitcoin as a secondary option and not the primary.

If you don't have any skills then you will not earn enough to survive living on bitcoin alone.

I don't think so, i know someone who don't have any skills but can earning a living with bitcoin by joining signature campaign and always seeking a free thing.
how can you earn enough money with bitcointalk signature campaigns to make a living? no signature campaign offers that much money to be able to live out of it
yep you just can't live with signature campaign unless you have a permanent job because signature campaign is not offering that much money where you will able to help you to live everyday unless you have a many accounts that you can post 80+ plus post per week then you probably you can live with signature campaign and you can also call your self a "LEGEND"

Well as a student two accounts is already hard. It is really that hard to make signature campaign alone so as a busy person likeeme i am much more on storing bitcoin then trade to local currency.

Its good to earn stable income from full time job and invest some money in trading bitcoins from where you can grow your coins on regular basis and if you combine earnings from both then you can earn a good living.

Yeah just be careful where you put your coins. A lot may happen and we dont know when or better put it in many wallets and some backup in your own desktop.
You can however earn full time with bitcoins if you offer up a service manage faucets/casinos with bitcoins.
