What part you dont understand, the leftover is for FUTURE CLAIMING with fixed supply if whoever claimed chooses to keep the distribution going, you can see if any coin was moved.
A: I am not distributing anything
B: How hidden? All you fuding about is on XCP
C: HOW? You can see our stats they been taken directly from jd, you can check yourself the codes i guess, check daxxog github.
D: Using it as escrow is a good move i agree lol.
E: I never intended to be profesional, im 20yo i cannot be that profesional yet, beside i like shit as it is.
Oh, and how can i scam them? Selling them darkclsms for the address that contains them? I cannot do that, im no coder, daxxog could, but i doubt he would.

Perhaps you need to have a look at what the title of this thread says, Claiming no premine and then stating to have left overs for future claiming are contradictory and further hurt the credibility of this.. While we can see that coins have been moved we have no way of ensuring what coins were supposed to go where..

A2) Perhaps not, But you are still hyping a severely flawed "coin". (it was my understanding you were from what I was told)
B2) I asked you before about where the XCP asset was located. You told me to fuck off.
C2) How? You tell me. I'm 99% sure no one is going to take the time to audit the entire distribution, Which is what you are counting on.
D2) You're blatantly trying to borrow doog's trusted status to give credibility to an otherwise completely flawwed distro method.
E2) Perhaps then instead of threatening to kill me take my advice and pointers, I like the idea of DC but as it sits it's COMPLETELY fucked and hyping it up and inferring to people that it may hold value in the future while you can freely create them on promise to properly distribute / burn them could be misconstrued as very scammy given the fact that you've claimed no premine yet have 13 Million or something of them sitting there...

So far you told me about cloverme and CBIindex's trade for DC and BTC which costed cloverme 0.5 BTC.

Can you think of anyone else of the top of your head?

Contrary to popular belief I'm not witch hunting you or on an anti darkclam crusade, I am honestly concerned at the lack of thought and the points of failure the current chosen distribution method holds. It's already costed one user a fair sum of BTC already.. I'm trying to prevent more needless loss on something that really shouldn't be traded until done properly via coding instead of asset creation and "scouts honor".
Seems that cloverme bought from someone else, so cbi sold to someone else. Eitherway if you check darkclam.com you would find this:

the future is only a transaction away.

You can also find the bootstrap

I never told you to fuck off, i told oyu the answer many times till i got tired of you, as i said before you admited and i guess you still admit that you dont bother to research, fud first questions later?

The bot that checks the distribution is open sourced i think.

The last time I saw this much drama BEFORE a coin launch was when the Fonz slapped a pinball machine for free quarters.  This level of retarded conjecture is amazing.

1) I didn't buy any coins from CBIindex
2) Caveat Emptor - I speculate on assets and coins all the time.  We all our big-boy pants on and know what speculative investing means for assets/coins.

Take your argument to the Scam Accusations thread where it belongs, all of you know better.  You're acting like newbies here, knock it off.

Thank you for the transaction list andu. Will look at it shortly.

The last time I saw this much drama BEFORE a coin launch was when the Fonz slapped a pinball machine for free quarters.  This level of retarded conjecture is amazing.

2) Caveat Emptor - I speculate on assets and coins all the time.  We all our big-boy pants on and know what speculative investing means for assets/coins.

Take your argument to the Scam Accusations thread where it belongs, all of you know better.  You're acting like newbies here, knock it off.

I'm just going off what I've been told clover and in all honesty I was just trying to ensure you hadn't pissed away half a BTC on what is essentially an IOU for an undeveloped coin that can be printed in infinite amount at the moment.

Starting a topic in scam accusations is redundant, as people reading this thread need to be informed as to what they are actually getting into and that these can be created at any time under the promise that they will be distributed or burnt. This in my opinion is extremely risky to anyone planning to hold or trade the coins as at any given time if a market order was put up they would be able to create more darkclam and dump them onto the market.

All this aside, I would like to hear andu out and see if he has any proposal to limit 3rd party liabilities on this project. Going off of scouts honor seems a little risky or calculated and involving doog as escrow could be misconstrued as attempting to piggy back off his trust. I believe these are valid concerns and I invite any other users to voice their concerns about this project as well.

DarkClam may have potential, But in it's current state their is far to much trust being placed on the developers to not print and pocket themselves a mountain of DC IOU's before the actual coin comes out... Even if you announced a 1% or 0.5% premine and were open about it I'm sure it would help alleviate some concerns others have. No one develops coins for free, and the only reason shitcoins exist is to take money out of peoples pockets and put it into yours.

i like the fonz....

for the record i had 347,000 darkclam. i sold 200,000 darkclam to 2 people for a total of 0.52btc.

i'm decided to keep the other 147,000 darkclam and will invest it in the new darkclam dice site when it goes live. and when it goes live my next move would be to type these words into chat:

People was bitching cuz the way of the distribution, i see no fairer way to do it, its tecnically impossible to cheat this way. Besides most of us lost a lot hence i think this is a good chance flr ourselves to redeem ourselves lol.

Well, I guess I'll finally make this information public before more people get sucked into this DarkClam bullshit.

First off, DarkClam is nothing more than an unlocked unlimited XCP asset, Meaning that the developers can essentially create more whenever.
Promises to have an actual crypto done up have been flying around, but not a single member of the darkclam team seems capable of such work.

The OP of this post (andu) deliberately deceived people initially stating DarkClam was not an XCP asset, However later it was found out to be.
I know of more than a few occurrences where JD users have been sucked in by this shit and traded BTC for these essentially worthless unlimited XCP assets...

Now wait a second...

These guys are claiming that this darkclam may have some value in the future all the while being able to create as many coins as they want..
The problem that this creates is that is it impossible to tell exactly how many DarkClam they've created from nothing.. and also how many they may claim to have distributed while stuffing them in their own pockets. Far too many points of trust failure here, and given that andu already has been caught deceiving people initially about what this "coin" really is do you honestly think that he doesn't have a hidden stash or premine set aside?

So OP (andu) already has been caught spreading mis-information about the project from the get go.. And now we are going to trust him to have not filled his own pockets with these limitless assets which are essentially IOU's for some clone coin that they *may* be creating (which, given the design of this "coin" MUST be premined in order to supply the users that claimed the XCP asset with the "actual coin")

Next comes my favourite part, The vote they have going currently for march 16th basically allows you to either vote for them to be "burned" (why would you have to burn anything if no premine as stated in thread title?) or to have them all transferred to JD owner dooglus to further distribute...

I'd like to ask dooglus why he's even risking his trust getting involved with a project that basically from the start was designed to allow the developers to create unlimited amounts of coins with no sure way of telling if they've properly distributed or burned them all. (Again, why do you need to burn coins if their is no premine as stated in thread title?). Personally dooglus if I was you I would stay as far removed from this project as possible. Why create more work for yourself while risking your reputation on something that wasn't properly thought out from the get go.

When it's proven that this was all an elaborate scheme cooked up by the developers to fuck people out of their hard earned BTC you're probably not going to want any involvement at all.

This project as it is laid out currently has far to many points of failure, Taking the developers word that the distribution was done fairly doesn't fucking fly in crypto land and given that OP has already been caught trying to deceive people about the true nature of this project I would highly advise you skip over this scam in the making and not waste your BTC or CLAM supporting a project solely intended to pad the pockets of the developers via embezzled premined assets.. Dark Clam's scam potential is undeniable and andu doesn't want you to know this info.

Don't buy into bullshit dark clam hype. Adding dark to a coins name and making an unlimited XCP asset with the promise to fairly distribute and burn is absolutely fucking absurd considering you claim no premine but the entire idea behind this cannot work without said premine.

TL:DR; Andu lied about what DarkClam was initially, has been trading unlocked XCP assets while promising users they will have value (they won't) all under the promise that it will be fairly distributed (unlikely) all while trying to drag dooglus into it to give this scam in the making credibility.

"Don't worry we'll make sure it's distributed fairly, trust us, we totally didn't make this "coin" so we could embezzle a fair chunk" -Andu's expected response.

P.S. Great idea, terrible execution. If you want your projects to be successful do not allow andu's PR anywhere near it. Any credibility this "coin" may have had is absolutely smashed now given the fact your public relations guy can't even keep his fucking story straight.

RIP DARKSCAM

I would burn the remaining darkclam supply right now. But, we also have the option to just give the remaining DC to doog (and control of the coin). So why not let the users decide the fate of this coin?

Thank you for the transaction list andu. Will look at it shortly.

The last time I saw this much drama BEFORE a coin launch was when the Fonz slapped a pinball machine for free quarters.  This level of retarded conjecture is amazing.

I like to spend time in front of a screen more than anything else, we dont want premine the distribution is public, all the trust on us is as long as we hold the leftover, and that will end in about two weeks, daxxog is not really developing for free, he is making my dice and he doesnt pay commission, besides we have few more projects on the way.
3rd party liabilities? Daxxog wanted to just burn it, and doog thrown the idea of continuing the distribution so we can have a fixed supply (check early posts), so i proposed using doog as escrow.
I dont have time atm to write a full answer but i will edit later, i didnt saw this reply of yours till now.
Edit: I actually had speaked with daxxog about this, what if instead of us taking a premine dooglus takes like 1% of the leftover as small reward for escrowing, or whatever we do.

Anyway you can just make a VOTE poll thread?

I'm not going to be voting from counterparty, mostly because it's confusing, and also they charge you btc to do anything.

Andu - Message me, i'd be happy to be part of the team.

Also, I'd vote for the dooglus idea.

Its the easier way, im not making a poll here, or any user could vote. Im thinking about sending the fee to everyone.

Not really a big mess, i mean its easy to see which adresses voted, and i dont think everyone will vote, besides is a small amount if i take it that way, lets say 200 claimers, .0002 each its like .04, i think its worth as long as people stop finding excuses.
