Rubies has benefited from increased altcoin trading due to recent ICOs, a lot. There are huge margins for Rubies on Yobit and enough volume to hop from one side to another. You need to know when to be active and when to lessen up on the trading, but there is definitely money to be made.
I've done alright trading small lots, buying low and selling high. I doubt this can scale, however, unless there is some real take-up of this coin, and broadening of the user base. Right now I suspect that BetterBets (BB) has been doing some program trading at intervals to support the coin/price. Maybe they are parlaying their casino winnings into the coin, which is an interesting strategy and would make some sense. But we might see them alter/curtail that program at some point in the future ... I'm still trading, we'll see how it goes. how much are small lots? thx |

 Dragon Knights of Valeria - The Game That Pays You To Play!About Dragon Knights of ValeriaDragon Knights of Valeria ( https://dknight2.com) is a popular MMORPG game with over 1,600 registered players. Players can earn DOGE, HYPER, GP, HTML5, SWIFT, BTC, LTC, RBIES and Dragon Points (DP) as they play the game which can then be traded for different cryptocurrencies (CC) and withdrawn in game. The creator, Anarchist of Crypto Database ( http://cryptodatabase.net), is also responsible for curating a CC library that catalogs over 1,600 different coins and supplies information for each one. Once inside the world of Dragon Knights of Valeria players can explore the map in search of new towns, fight monsters for rewards and DP, and do quests that also award DP for each part completed. Each town offers its own set of equipment, pets, quests, exchanges, gambling, banks, clans, and assorted other options. Towns also offer a gateway into their very own Kingdom where they can build villages, purchase more land, gather resources such as wood and fish, upgrade their fishing and woodcutting levels to increase the amounts gained, and train their own army once they reach level 10. You can send your soldiers to attack other players kingdoms in the hopes of taking more land, gold, and DP from your opponent. The current options for withdrawal from the game are HYPER, HTML5Coin, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitswift, Dogecoin, Rubies, and GoldPieces. The amount that players can withdraw depends on the coin they choose and is mainly based on the coin's worth and game balance. The higher the balance is for a coin the more players can get when they withdraw. The quests in game tell a short story and is broken up into many parts. Each part of the story requires players to travel across the map in search of the next part, and each one that they find will reward them with some Dragon Points and/or other items such as gold or pets (coming soon). There are currently 8 main quests and 19 town quests. The maximum level that can be gained is currently 596. This could take players a long time to gain this tremendous achievement which adds to the duration of the game. As the player progresses in the game the experience required per level will get higher and higher. Monster stats will also adjust with each level gained by players. Dragon Knights of Valeria has a chat rain bot that randomly awards a user HTML5, HYPER, BTC, LTC, SWIFT, DOGE, RBIES, and GP every 10 minutes if they have posted in chat within the last 50 posts. Players can also pay the Dark Wizard to cast a Meteor Spell which will split what you donated and send it to 3 random people in chat. wow you have integrated the RUBIES !!! nice i wanna try it!!! |

You are correct right now we are discussing options to bring increased trading opportunity into Rubies, more details to come once final decisions have been made. We will take great risks if needed to broaden this currency's user base and increase renewed investment opportunity. nice to hear this even im just holding few amount of this coin but i keep buying it while the price still low, i know dev would not let this project ruin by any whale so i still believe that the value will go back to its original price when it's been introduce. thanks for some hope dev team. |

Seriously, I held about 300 Rubies at one point, and now I have a Yobit roll to buy about 500 at a low price. Basically right now I'm just playing with my Yobit Sig Campaign proceeds. What is that? was there any competition to win rbies and they sold all of what they got? Don't know: it was just a guess from me. There was a competition linked to NBA playoff with prizes in rubies for first threee positions ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1436953.0 ) but I don't have any info about winners selling their rubies and it is likely just a coincidence. |

Have same optimistic view and am holding tight to my rubies ( and making good purchases on exchanges) while staking them. What at the moment hurts more in my opinion is the delay occurring with rubies implementation into Moneypot: am not a technicians and understand that security is a matter never to be underestimated but after we have seen some announcements about it from moneypot staff it's now time to see it full realized. |

Here is my view on Rubies:
Betterbets has real skin in this game. Their casino is doing very well, and should they let Rubies fail too early, without any sort of real resurrection or effort, it would reflect negatively on their brand. Common sense and everything we've seen from BB so far tells us they are going to make a serious, medium/long-term effort with Rubies. Moreover launching a proprietary coin that they can propagate throughout MP's app universe just makes huge business sense. It takes balls and insight that we have to give them credit for. So I'm not terribly concerned that Rubies could dump, or even stay at current levels forever. HLDRs will see some upside. When and how much remains to be seen.
Full disclosure: I don't currently hold Rubies, and probably won't for a few weeks. I'm focused on opportunistically shorting BTC until after halving. We're definitely heading back below $600, maybe revisit sub-$500. I'm more sure of that than a near-term appreciation of Rubies. The entire crypto universe may in fact weaken post-halving. Perhaps that will be my re-entry opportunity ...

I'm in the process of creating an entirely new version and concepts for Rubies to help it be more future proof. For those who are long term holders you will have some options open up in the next couple months to convert current Rubies into a 2.0 token. This won't be mandatory and the current blockchain will exist for those who wish to stay on it, but I will be creating new marketing and concepts for the tokens to help make it more appealing for traders and businesses. The ratio to trade in for these new tokens has not yet been determined and it's still a few months away, but rest assured it will happen, and any Rubies you purchase/win between now and then will be eligible to swap for the 2.0 token. ~Bjorn |
