Verge have been very volatile indeed. I think the traders love this coin and have made a quite nice profit!
For the holders it must be frustrating though. But compare it to me who sold at 80 just before it went 10X

Taken into account that XVG is already operational, it's a matter of establishing itself in the community.

Earlier this evening I installed the Verge Tor Wallet on two smartphones and transactions were very fast without disruptions. Even a withdraw from an exchange to the smartphone wallet was way below 30 seconds. When using the QR-code between smartphone wallets the transaction speed (including the physical movement of your arm, hand and fingers are required to do) is faster than most forms of direct payment (cash, debit, card, etc), or at the very least competes to that.

But people don't need another form of currency if the currency they currently hold is already accepted everywhere. The strength of XVG lies in the concept of the token and network itself. Anonymity.

At the moment people will require the form of privacy XVG offers, the price fluctuation might start. An individual deciding to buy a huge stash of XVG to store anonymous, does effectively increase the demand of the token and might even "fix" a higher price, as the tokens will be locked away from the circulation, which actually might even offer some percentage profit on the long run.

Just a thought. I believe XVG has not been able yet to show to the world it's most competing potential yet, anonymous and untraceable tax evasion.

smh.   im not trying to avoid taxes.   I just dont want everyone knowing what im doing.

Yesterday i sold 400.000 XVG coins, i have 10.000 left to play with.

But i see people writing here, buy buy buy..
If the BTC goes up than the XVG also goes up... not!
If so many people would buy than the value would go up and the last 3 days it keeps falling.
