I'm a Verge fan, but unfortunately, tonight I had to dump. Wraith is not working. Here's a list of bugs that I've encounter: - Impossible to create a Stealth address with the User Interface - Creation needs to be done by command window, and the size is weird, too big for small screens. - When restarting the program, all Stealth Addresses are gone, lost and damned. - Dumpprivkey doesn't work with Stealth Addresses - Mac OS wallet is incomplete, users need to run brew install boost with terminal - Windows Wallet doesn't accept addresses with more than 34 characters, so no Wraith transaction from this QT. As the User Interface creates some regular Addresses instead of Stealth, users thinks they're using Wraith. And they're not. Not sure how many characters the Stealth Addresses have ? IMO 102 but not sure as there is no information. Plus, releasing a Software where people will hodl money without being sure that the private keys are safe is not professional. We can't even backup the private keys Thank you for share it

We can't even backup the private keys A good example of a constructive criticism, something the dev can read and maybe take on board. I have not tried it myself as of yet, sounds like it needs some work. Thanks. I really don't understand the decision to release an incomplete software. If a developper decide to have fun and honor his word to release in 2017 by doing it on purpose the last day of the year, we expect from him that the software is finished and have been tested. The more surprised I'm seeing the price stability today... bought at 60 Satoshi and actually don't see any reason to sell.
Correct! This release was a total failure and should break a lot of confidence. Especially from whales who might prevent to lost dozens of Bitcoins... Thank you for share it
No problem. I can add another issue, I've send 10 XVG to a regular address on the Wraith Wallet, and now the Wraith Wallet display balance 0.00 And the coins are still on the address, I've checked on the explorer. oh dear... Cheers!

We need a third party to independently verify the stealth options are working. There is still too much uncertainty regarding Verge.

also.... if your doing a comparison chart...
you really shouldnt make it biased. just put the info out there for each coin, in the same manner.
IE: you seem bias'd FOR verge. (which is ok for us... but its not good reporting)
thats what i get from your 'chart' there.
another coin as well, but mainly verge.
My suggesting therefore, is you should fix that.Taking out your subtle bias. (ofc make sure all the data is accurate)
Goodluck
You come across as someone who has integrity. I appreciate that. Happy New Year to you.

Then get out of this thread. This kind of behavior giving me reasons that your opinion regaring ip leakage is not trustful. Need another more stable person and better from Verge team to confirm that this news is not true.

Can someone from XVG team confirm that were no leakage on IP addresses?

Here is Justin's Twitter, he's the dev, where he retweets the link I just gave you: https://twitter.com/justinvendettaThese IPs are from Tor Network, not users IPs.

Here is Justin's Twitter, he's the dev, where he retweets the link I just gave you: https://twitter.com/justinvendettaForgive my stupidity but in anyhow LEAD XVG DEV explained this wraith protocol ip leakage that can be located here? https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/7nevj0/xvgs_wraith_protocol_doesnt_even_worksomeone_made/?st=jbx1zabl&sh=4d5261f5http://xvg.keff.org/ list of ip addresses Also this guy did a mistake on looking up a different ip addresses https://twitter.com/jafferderwish/status/947919448618385408More Wraith Works, According to http://xvg.keff.org/ - 2018-01-01 20:50:19 - Italy, Seravezza - IP: 95.247.206.120 - TX: 2b6b027185e0069dd99e92299ce4aff426de47664a6338df1bd68225e6cdd56b IP Address belongs to Serbia according to: https://whoisip.ovh/94.247.206.120 I sent/receive @Canada :-) If such nonsense mistakes is being made in explanation of the current state of verge integrity than i would imagine what is actually happening inside verge dev team if LEAD XVG DEV retweeting some another guys incorrect tweets Also i checked the correct ip address for myself and it belongs to.... Italy https://whoisip.ovh/95.247.206.120Also there is no any sign of this hash 2b6b027185e0069dd99e92299ce4aff426de47664a6338df1bd68225e6cdd56b on this leak website. again forgive my stupidity Im still waiting for answer from more credible XVG people with clear statement about this IP leakage.

Looks like XVG is done https://twitter.com/fluffypony/status/947878557702852608So much for Verge $XVG and their IP address privacy, someone's publishing originating IP addresses for Verge transactions (not just general node IP addresses). Considering that IP address obfuscation is their single privacy claim, looks like they're toast. http://xvg.keff.org Also https://twitter.com/fluffypony/status/947880687016775681Yes - as an easy way of verifying, you can pick a repeated IP (eg. 94.214.249.21) and confirm that many/most of the transactions originating from that IP come from the same wallet. This isn't just random data, and it's not Tor exit nodes. Moment of silence for Verge project....

Verge has proved to be a reliable, safe, cheap and fast developing payment solution for the community in recent years. Therefore, the price of its coins is quite large, and it will be better in the future.

Zhungy74 . verge has had a long upwards run, it may rest for a week or 2 lol. Only recently everybody said ripple could never reach the levels it is now at, it is impossible to know for sure how high a coin can go, but verge will grow ...how much 0.5 , $1 or $15 nobody knows. Some things you can be sure of: 1 crypto market will grow even faster in the coming months 2 strong coins will grow further, soem may grow faster than others. 3 at some point we will have a crush in this market like any other market of fast growth, when and how nobody knows. But like other markets it will establish a better structure after that. It will mature it......

Riccardo "fluffypony" Spagni made himself look like a idiote lol
people in crypto seem to lie more than in any other group of people, to destroy eachother lol Come on everybody can make money, no need to act like idiots. It Seems the success of verge in the last months has made some real enemies within the crypto community . Monero is one of the most succesfull projects, why would he even care about other coins, let alone take time bashing them ....
