Another one I love from the delusional people is how they say every coin is down today............I didn't know 30-40% of them being in the positive was "every coin negative". But after the wraith announcement, this coin has been slowly going down everyday. The sky is not blue. It's green cause you said it is.
actually after the wraith release, it jumped up. when btc dropped, xvg has as well. but i watch xvg all the time. Wow, downright lies and selective memory right here. Verge community is starting to resemble a religious cult more and more. You have your parallel "truth" that differs a lot from the reality. Yes, it jumped up to 1500 sats... after dropping like a rock from 1700 sats, when wraith wasn't released on time. Everyone can just pull the graph and see for themselves. Wraith was supposed to be the big thing that takes Verge rocket to the moon. Guess what, before Wraight release, on 31th of Dec the price touched 1785 sats and now it's 1037 sats. Volume has dwarfed what, maybe 10 times? What is supposed to be that magical bump that will take Verge to 1 usd now? All the cards are on table. People keep saying "Verge will rise inevitably because it's a good coin". It is a good coin and already did rise, it has 2 billion USD market cap, which is huge. People keep asking "When moon?". Well, it's already there. It came from 1 sats to 1785 sats, if that's not the moon then I dont know what is.... Never said it would goto $1 today. might eventually. My opinion on wraith before, was that it didnt matter. And , if you go back to my various posts, i stated it had no deadline, so I didnt know it existed at all. (then i read the black paper about it..some. and it sounded interesting.) not really something i need atm. (tho i run a business, that would need the ledger option... so ill keep my mind open to idea there) i didnt see it hit 1700 sat. but which value are you going by. Sat value or USD? looking at USD, its floating around the same numbers to me. $.14 now , .18 at wraith (i think) (my memory is bad, I will say, tho my wife also says its selective) Im rather happy at where verge is right now. (i also like that it floats up/down)  So, keep up with the Negative, and the Positive. (i just dont like the fanatical crap of either side) |

Where are all the people now that shouted that it will go to the moon, rise till 1 dollar or even 10 dollar?
I bought them for less than a cent so i still have a profit but i saw my total going down with a few thousand Euro.
If it goes under 5 cent i will sell it.
But.... still hoping!
I doubt that it will go lower than 10 cents on this downtrend. Just a friendly advice., drink coffee moderately!  |

Could someone explain to me about Verge Tor anonymity and how it compares to SpectreCoin's integrated Tor and obfuscation, without the shilling?
I understand that Verge Tor obfuscates IP addresses, but this is not the same as Tor OBSF4 bridges, in Spectrecoin, which also works in countries that block Tor. Thanks.
I cannot answer how the TOR integrated into Verge can work in countries that block TOR, but I'm pretty sure you can still use Verge in those countries with the Verge i2P wallet. I'd say i2P is still much faster than TOR and with Verge you have the potential for both. i2P also provides a good level of anonymity. The supply for Verge is also a lot more generous so more people can get involved for using it as a medium of exchange. Verge is also much faster than Spectrecoin. The only advantage Spectre has is for people looking for a quick buck due to a nice small supply so it is a better short term coin but Verge will be much more valuable in the long run imo. |

SO MUCH depends on BTC atm but I predict a stable/increasing btc price will mean new highs.
But the future is very uncertain with BTC right now...

I've been looking for other coins to invest and I think verge could be one of the better investments. The price is also low now so I think I bought at a good price. Now the waiting.

I don't know about SpectreCoin but I know that you can specify a tor bridge in the torrc config file. I think it's in the wallet home directory, then /tor/torrc. The bridge can run on any port and the tor connection just looks like a standard SSL connection, so that's pretty hard to block. Sorry to see everyone squawking about the price. If you are interested in technology, you'd better do your homework. If you're interested in investing, you'd better do your homework too! I'm down 20% on this coin but I have no thought of selling - I believe privacy coins will be going big in the next year. There's just too much data mining going on, and users' privacy and security are being compromised every day. Think of the early days of the internet - nobody even dreamed of using a VPN. Now you've got mobile users using VPNs, etc. |

Having multiple orders being placed on this pair and an error when i try to cancel or change the order.
Error: Market offline
Not Useful when all your trying to do is place one order and it commits half your account!

I think the traders love this coin and have made a quite nice profit! For the holders it must be frustrating though. But compare it to me who sold at 80 just before it went 10X  |
