1k sats by end of the year is too optimistic, if wraith protocol works well and verge devs deliver, I imagine it will stay around 300-400 sats, still good growth though
I also think that 1k sats at the end of 2017 is really very optimistic. If we reach 300 sat this will already be very good. |

Verge is really nice coin for bitcoin transfer. I had to transfer some assets today from Bittrex to Binance and Verge was not only dirt cheap in transfer tax but also very quick. Previously I have used libry for the same purpose but Verge seems even better. Just for this purpose alone its good that exchanges keep Verge in their lists.

kel-alt - Anything is possible. But Verge market cap would have to be almost triple current 147 sat, or about $225 million. It would then be about rank 31 near where TenX is now. Then consider if BTC is double $ by then. 300 sat might be possible, or 150 sat at BTC 8k, or something like $.0125 fairly soon. A recent Elliott wave YT projection is $3.50, but time was not given. Recent market speculation has total MC at 5 trillion by 2025. Rounding 145m to 200m, divide into 5t and that is about 25x from here...150 sat x 25 is 3750 sat. 25 x BTC $4300 is BTC $107,000 x 3750 sat is $4.03, which is close to the Elliot wave video I saw. Verge could go up faster due to better features, but with open source those can be copied. I am just hanging in for the long haul, two-five years. I wish I had sold at $.008 and bought back at $.006, but that is hindsight. Much safer to have a long term hold. |

I saw a particular coin go up 1000s of percents since there announcement of being made part of BitCart and the ability to purchase from Amazon. I'm not pitching that coin now; very few people can now afford a million of those, so don't tell me anything like "you're reading a pitch between the lines", I'm simply making a case of how important adoption is and I'm using factual data to back it up.I think Micro Payment Currency, think a ton of people using the coin to transact daily living transactions.
So, with that said if you can overcome the temporary "mental barrier" you'll be able to see $XVG at $1.00 and then you'll be able to hold on to your Verges through the roller coaster ride that's sure to come before we see that $1.00 mark.

Verge marketcap is crazy. I bought a lot of it in the early times where it was called Doge Dark.  But sold too early, around 30k sat with 10x profit. Current price is hurting me. Haha. |

This happened to me many many times already. Hard to continue holding all your tokens when it already went up to 10x. I just move on right away and be thankful. Remember that profit is profit because being greedy can sometimes lead to lost. |

Haha. kel-alt - I think you accidentally put a 'k' after '30' since coins are nowhere near that. I sold a coin recently at 13x profit and thought I was smart. It went to about 30x and now is about 20x. Fortunately I kept some of it. But now I think the coin has more upside and can barely get my head around paying 20x my first purchase. I am in very low with Verge and trying not to make this mistake. Since the upside is way higher than the downside of coins purchased for fractions of a penny, long holds are the way to go. Or, not selling all coins, which I have done a couple times. Hard not to kick yourself. Thank whatever we got in when we did, hold good coins, and know there are many more good things coming. Well...too many...crazy times now! |

XVG market cap is so crazy. One of the most overbought coins in the market compared to more similar and fundamental interesting coins in my opinion.
Price of this coin was around 5 sat some months ago.
