it is really quite hard to quit doing things that you are already addicted to. That thing is already a habit and like second nature of you which makes it really hard to stop it immediately. But slowly quitting your gambling session with fix of purpose and determination, you can do it!

For me i found a really easy i gamble only on yolodice and started gambling my signature campaign earnings which hurted me a lot so i messaged the admin to disable gambling for me and he did do that and now there is no way i can gamble on yolodice and i know I'm lazy to transfer those funds in another site pretty easy solution

Gambling is so addicting, I already experience to involved and it is not easy to leave when you are greedy to play, I try to stop by alternating some sports but it also involved a money. Honestly, I did not quit in gambling but I control myself to become so greedy.

You dont need to control it, all you need is to have some determination. If you dont have any determination at all then you wont stop. It is as easy as it is but people just seems to keep making it hard for themselves. If you have the slightest regret of stopping then you wont stop therefore dont even try to look back if you intend to quit

If you read what i posted you would have simply seeing the word yolodice doesn't make any difference. What i said was i used to get my signature campaign earnings in my yolodice account instead of withdrawing the funds i gambled with it and always lost so i messaged the admin to block me from gambling and he did that now i don't feel much addicted to gambling read properly next time

it is unhealthy because for someone like me that is addicted. I spend alot of time playing, atleast for 1 hour most of the day. Whenever I dont play, I keep thinking about it, I used to play for hours but I have changed into a better person these days. I only gamble to have fun with controlled amount whenever I play

I think 1 hour day isn't really bad at all compared to those some gamblers who do spent almost 5-10 hours depending on the game which they are playing. There comes to a point when I got addicted on gambling because it did affect my financial state already and later on I realize that I am already doing the wrong thing and I don't want to mess up my life because of gambling.

People who are addicted sometimes tend to spend their hours in the casinos, maybe there are there in days. Usually, the hotels associated with the casinos tend to give out free stays so that the gamblers keep on gambling and they would never leave easily because they have room to stay in, it's just that easy for the casino to keep people in.

There are very few people who really have very strong will power and determination. When we are kids, we dream the impossible but as we get older, most of us give up on our dreams. This is a fact of this world. Determination alone is not solution for all gamblers.
