i don't see how to quit gambling bieng addicting in this game i think is very hard decision quiting in the gambling need the moral support from the family member to quit in the gambling focus to the activity like family gathering or sport activities to forget the gambling in the mind.

It is not hard for some people but it is really hard for me. So it depends on the person, if you think that you are the type that could quit easily then you can distract yourself by doing something that you like. it is unhealthy because for someone like me that is addicted. I spend alot of time playing, atleast for 1 hour most of the day. My idea is to decide in heart that gambling doesnt make your life and your economy better. And never remember what you've spent on gambling.
