How to quit Gambling for good?

I have a friend which is addicting in gambling before. he tells me that when he becomes a gambler, he always spend his money and he is a lucky person because his parents are the richest person in my town. so he doesn't have a problem to spend the money until he became an addicting person in gambling. suddenly his behavior is known by his parents and he's been asked by his parents to stop or continue for playing gambler. he said that he wants to stop from the gambling and he asks his parents to help him.

so, the next thing that his parents did is creating a business for their son, give a heavy task to complete in every day and don't let him get a free time except for eating and for sleep. and my friend can do every task even the difficult task he can complete. and after one month he runs the business, he came to me and tells me that his mind stops to thinking about gambling and his mind is attract to complete one by one the task that comes into his business.

I think it's a good story from my friend although not every people that have a better life but at least we can learn something on here which is we can build or create new things that will prevent us to thinking about gambling in every time. so we can do that new thing without a problem and if we can do this for a month, then we can evaluate about what we did so we know how good the progress for our life.

Be discipline and have a motivation on why you want to quit gambling. You can do it because i a did it.

For some it is very simple as they only gamble for entertainment . So it is not frequently they gamble but on the other hand when people who gamble for money will loose out the money regularly as those would be addicted gamblers and longer they play more they will keep losing money. No motivation might help such people.

Quitting gambling is not easy but if we urge our self to leave then there is nothing impossible, there are good reason to leave gambling and one thing is for our family and love ones, think that gambling consumes a lot of time that steals us from our family and the money that we have lost instead it can help a lot for the benefits of our children for their daily needs.

I don't think they will leave just because they don't have the money because others will find ways to get money and use it for gambling instead of putting in good news. The only way for them to stop is for them to realize that gambling will bring to good in their life.

First of all you have to start with the determination and will, it’s the main strength and foundation inorder to start and stand to finish. Recovering from gambling addiction is not easy as you think but it is still possible,the first stage in recovery of gambling addiction is need to understand that are losing their life from the betting so they need to get out from that then they need to seek help from the doctors to get our from addiction.But prevention is always better than cure so we need to understand that gambling before starting it that is is not a job or money earning business.
