The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I think it is pork, butter, milk and oils. If you want to gain weight, you can use those foods regularly. Helps you gain weight quickly.

Agree, fish is great for health, low cholesterol and high protein, very good for making body become healthier and stronger, you also have to keep sport regularly

If you eat just pure vegetables you will more in likely to burn those fats but to make it faster you need to exercise daily to get those muscles and burn that fat.

Foods that are low in sodium and high in fiber. If you want to lose weight you have to limit yourself to food. You need a balanced diet wherein more of fruits and vegetables.
