I love banana which is a healthy weight gain product. Bananas contain a certain amount of carbohydrates and sugars, which help to create lean mass without fat accumulation to help gain weight and health. Oh, actually, when I lose weight, I eat bananas too. Eating something depends on our goals.

If you want to fat but not sixpack is so easy but if you want fat with bodygoals is so hard, need 2-3month, the good food for add the calory in your body, you just make the fried rice when you want to sleep everyday
