Livecoin will be responsible for swapping v2 to v3.

We have updated the other exchanges that there is a swap but the only exchange that supports the swap is Livecoin.
I do not know how the other exchanges will handle the swap.

The MOJOv3 blockchain and code is designed to allow for the development of higher level apps using C# on the Microsoft .Net framework and further app testing via custom private chains. The private chains are made possible by MOJOv3 having activated the regression test mode inherent in the latest Bitcoin core code base and also incorporated into MOJOv3. This is essentially a confined testing environment where blocks can be generated more or less instantly on demand to create private rMOJO coins with no real-world value. This gives the ability to develop, test and deploy apps with greater efficiency as testing can be done under different environments without having to interact directly with the live block chain.

MOJOv3 will adapt a three-pronged approach to app development on the blockchain. The MOJOv3 blockchain will form the basis for the underlying value and provide the token that will fuel the apps running on top the MOJOv3 blockchain. MOJOv3 will provide an application development interface to interact with the blockchain. We will also work to create a library of simple functions that can be incorporated into the top application layer. We will propose a new way of implementing a total MOJOv3 coin reduction through a “proof-of-burn” strategy via side chains associated with top layer apps.

This will allow us to go back to where we began and start thinking about Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications and mobile gateways / control applications responding to events on the blockchain. In the next update, we incorporate side-chains and “sub-crypto” bootstrapping that will allow custom functional chains to be created on demand by top layer apps.

We have enlisted the assistance of some new team members and further details will be published as and when.

The new MOJOv3 wallet technology is based around an updated Blackcoin core with all features activated. This means ultra stable operation and up to date advanced features such as static PoSv3, and Bitcoin Core’s regression test mode where you can instantly create private block chains with the same basic rules as testnet but you choose when to create new blocks, so you have complete control over the environment. This allows for a layered structure and the development of an advanced API and software layer on top of the MOJO blockchain.

We have completed the development of the MOJOv3 wallet and we are testing the network at the moment. Full details of MOJOv3 will be published in the next few days in the new Mojocoin thread at: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1736600.0

The swap will happen on 06/03/2017 at Livecoin.net. You can trade as normal until the end of 05/03/2017 but if you want to participate in the swap and get MOJOv3 coins you MUST deposit your coins to your Livecoin.net MOJO account by 05/03/2017.
You then need to download the MOJOv3 wallet and on 07/03/2017 you can withdraw MOJOv3 and trade MOJOv3. The total supply of v2 deposited to Livecoin will be burnt and the network nodes will be shut down and all support for MOJOv2 will seize at that point.

We acknowledge that there are some issues for some users and we will set up a Slack channel for support and will respond to support here in the 8 weeks until the swap date to make sure that we do everything we can to get you swapped over to MOJOv3.

All MOJOv3 coins that have not been swapped by 06/03/2017 will be used for development and the swap is final.

Basically, if you are planning to get MOJOv2 coins for the swap and you didn't have any before, the best thing to do is to get them on Livecoin and leave them there until after the swap.
