What hashrate would a fx-6300 clocked to 4ghz have approx?
im afraid its heavy optimized for INTEL cpu's and AMD cpu are missing some comandextensions abilities maybe next AMD cpu generation can be good because they as rumors say should support all actual intel comandextensions

about 45-50 Kh Thanks, a bit low I guess. I'll keep mining zoin until there's a GPU-miner for Xevan! What hashrate would a fx-6300 clocked to 4ghz have approx?

as posted in the thread u should not change what make u different from all other coins
the constant coin rollout speed
there is endless coins with decresing coin rollout even our DMD Diamond is set up this way
but im not involved into bitsend because i seek a second DMD Diamond
im involved because its a interesting different approach that constant reward masternodes
and constant create buypressure by people who want to fill more masternodes
alone with masternode adjustments u can generate more or less incentive to gather and store coins in masternodes
no need to change anything with coin rollout speed and duration
nothing wrong with thinking 100 years ahead in a coin rollout concept

when gpu miner will be avaible?
We have currently only cpu miner. I have a offer for a gpu miner. ~1.5 BTC You do? Why make the XEVAN algo if you wanted a GPU miner? You could have used ANY GPU algo out there... have a unique algo is a very effective multipool protection additional its to be expected even if a GPU miner can be done his advantages over a CPU miner would not be that big that CPU mining lose any sense but in that area u are way more specialist wolf0 whats ur opinion?

EDIT: I'd have made the miner for myself at launch or slightly after, if it wasn't for the very low exchange volume.

See Pallas' answer. It's the same old shit. People who don't realize more chained algos is not "more secure" or better in any way, making their coin and making a really stupid PoW. I would have made it for myself as well, but... not a lot of point. Maybe for the bounty? He's also right about the speed - will shred CPU mining. The algo was easy to create, the most works was the switch function from x11 to xevan. (The wallet database has make lots of trouble here)We can now in future easy change the algo. But i think xevan works well done and it is for the next time asic free. My objective is now improvemt from the core. On block 239.000 goes the DK3 online and we change the blocktime to 3 min (POW is than 25 BSD per block). The source is already online (1.2.6.). Best Regards Christian Note: For Android was Xevan hard works.

Best Regards Christian Note: For Android was Xevan hard works. ASIC-Free was the goal? I've got some news: If it becomes worth it (or even close), ASICs will be developed. Right after FPGA implementations have been running a while. You're not resistant to anything - boring the shit out of people like me with more algos isn't a defense once the coin becomes monetarily worth making an improved miner for. Yes i know. Important for me was the change from x11, the big multipools jumps shortly in the chain and increase the diff. And the chain was stucked.

Multipool resistance is definitely a good reason to get a custom algo - that I agree on.
great so we all agree on that part so we can state xevan create multipool resistance and the preparation for easy algo switch in wallet could help if a algo change desired again so after all it was a step forward even if its not like a true unique algo just a different mix of existing ones in my opinion it would be the best to find a merge mining algo for all friendly POW coins out of the federated blockchain coinfamily at the moment that would be europecoin and bitsend both based on pretty new bitcoin codebase the blocktemplate should be similar enough to establish a merged mining solution

DMD Diamond be part of the party! Side by side with ERC Europecoin and BSD Bitsend Great news from http://www.federatedblockchains.eu.org/ and http://www.internetofcoins.org/You can take me literally, its 70% feature complete (plus things i wasn't even imagining myself), You will see a revolution. I wouldn't be that bold, if the credit was belonging to me. The team is currently working in full time and we are heading towards the promised closed alpha testnet. Active coin maintainers may join on our Federated Blockchains server. Together, with Europecoin, Bitsend, DIAMOND Foundation and others, we will test the first existing blockchain agnostic federation protocol for apps and services, that will give more than ethereum like features to any connected altcoin. Credit goes to the fabulous "Internet of Coins" team, that has worked on this innovation since two years. have fun Matthias

I come here looking for the latest version, wasn't sure whether my v1.1.0.3 was the latest or not. See "Downloads", click the Github link, scroll down until I see compiled binaries and am taken to SourceForge where I can get v1.0.0.4. (I couldn't see the images in the ANN OP to download the Win 32 etc. wallets as I use BitcoinTalk with a dark background.) Anyway, just letting you know :8] This is an OK version, right?: v1.2.6.0-g-beta (32-bit)
