Some tips for people trying to withdraw funds

1. The minimum withdrawal is 100,000 sats - it doesn't matter what it said yesterday this is the minimum (it changed at 12:00 UTC iirc)

2. Make sure you enter the withdrawal amount in sats not BTC

3. If it doesn't work first time, wait a few seconds and then try again

4. You have to make sure your withdrawal leaves 10,000 sats in your balance to cover the network fee - so if your balance is 200,000 sats your withdrawal has to be 190,000 sats.

5. Don't put the comma in when withdrawing so 190,000 sats becomes 190000.

6. Have patience the site is paying (as proved above).

7. If it keeps not working submit a support ticket - and wait for an answer. Whining and crying on here doesn't help anyone.

8. The site is going very slow probably because the withdrawal system is getting hammered by people not following the above and submitting the same withdrawal request without looking to see what may be wrong.

9. You can only do 1 withdrawal every 24 hours!

We understand that and as I said before we already ordered the new dedicated server, so our hosting company still has to set it up then once done we will do the full porting from the actual server to the new one.
