Trading is very different from gambling, in my opinion. Depending on the level of knowledge and trading strategy, chances may significantly increase.

but i think there is a little difference between the two, as both are risky to invest money both in trading and in gambling, i think the only difference is that in trading you always have a chance to recover your position while in gambling you need to invest more if you want to recovery your previous lost.

If you want to earn higher then you are going to invest higher and I guess the only difference of them is the risk you are going to take from both of it. There's a big difference IMO, because in investing you could not be active all the time but in trading especially if you are a trader you need to fill your life with necessary information that would give you an advantage in making the right decision in trading, hence you should be active to be able to do that.

Yes, both are different but the risk in both methods is same, yes trading without knowledge is called gambling only. Because in gambling we pick randomly so if we have the luck, we will win, like that in trading also if you do without knowledge if you have luck you will win else it's big to lose. So I think trading need more knowledge on market price, if you have, you can do it.Gambling need more luck to win your bet.

They are certainly different but they are the same in the manner if you are going to take a risk. Trading requires skills, knowledge and luck.

While gambling requires skills/timing, experience and majority of it would be luck. We can consider that trading would be as gambling.

Because the risk we can get with it is going to be tough enough.

Yes i do consider trading as gambling but not a gambling game. You will have to risk money here to get profit. Trading will not assure you 100% profit because you can also lose also. The good thing about trading is you will not lose all your investment here if you lose only Some percentage of your investment will be gone, unless you bought a dead coin then it you will lose every money that you use to buy that coin.

Yes, Gambling is purely luck and you have no control on it. While Trading requires good experience and good traders never lose. We cant say same about gambling as experience does not count much in gambling.

yeah you're correct there dude, it's still taking risks but the difference is that the risk you're taking when you trade is calculated. so the chances are not as bad as when you gamble blindly.

yes that is right to say and i am agree with you. that there is a big difference between the two, gambling is a game of money and you put money on rest know the result just to win or lose, but in investment you have to invest just for making money and there are very little chance to lose the money in investment.

No, there are a lot of chances to loose our capital money in investment too. Because, we are just analyzing an investment opportunity based on their past performance. But, there will be no guarantee that the past performance will be repeated in future too.

We can see many good reputed companies are getting bankruptcy overnight. So, there will not be any complete guarantee for our investment in the any business. In my opinion, both gambling and investment are having risks but based on different factors.
