In Nano discord, there are a lot of open discussions and many people very openly discuss attacks, solutions, so on.. because nano is an open community since the days of raiblocks.... everyone is free to contribute  
in one of these lengthy discussions, this code change issue was brought up by someone who didnt like it (of course for valid reasons, not like this FUD article)...
The writer of this FUD piece stole some thoughts and tried to pass it off as his own... pretty shameful

Quite right. If he really dig deeper and confirmed some old facts, he would have never wasted time publishing such a piece. Unless of course it was done intentionally to sow some doubts. LMAO, it was a weak article anyway.

so I sent 1 coin to my wallet just to test it but it wasn't snyced, now that I downloaded the blockchain the wallet is synced and I imported my seed, the coin is not showing up does anyone know what I could have done wrong?

Check if you have the correct address first and then secondly check in the block explorer if Nano was sent from source and "claimed" by your wallet. Most likely it hasn't been claimed. Remember PoW must be done to claim by your wallet. If your wallet isn't doing any PoW, check settings.

I will buy RaiBlocks again when the price is around 2 or 3 cents, so I can sell them in 2026 when it costs around $ 15 and I will make extra money.

Hey guys, my wallet has been open for days and it still says synchronizing at the top, is there a blockchain I can download somewhere I sent 1 nano to it just to test and it still hasn't shown up (obviously because it's not synced) but I think it should have been synced by now?

If you leave it like that sync will take too long, it is more then 1 GB of data but it is very slow downloding. There is option to download all chain data direct, but be sure to backup your seed and to follow instruction. It work for me last time I try, otherwise I think sync will take forever.

There is no RaiBlock, now it is Nano (same coin rebranded). I hope this coin will not drop to 2-3 cents, that would mean it was actually dead. Price is now just 6$, if this coin survives until then price shoud be much more then 15$.

I'm waiting for that announcement as well but I doubt that the dude will get arrested I don't think the team has enough evidence that he has done something illegal or that he has stolen the funds. I don't think they will open the site anytime soon though, there are still a lot of issues regarding the site and regarding on how they will refund the lost nanos anyway I think right now is a bad time to dump it, nano is quite low in value but I think people dumping it is also an advantage towards long term holders, if the price goes lower than the current price then it's a very good opportunity for a lot of people to buy in.

He will not be arrested soon in my eyes since the laws and regulation is just not that finished. And as long as he can prove that it he didn´t knew and had advantage of the failure, it will get quite hard to really judge him by the law. But we do know really not much about the case.

There are a lot of ways honestly, before around march last year I think the reward for solving captchas was too high maybe they collected a lot during that time that's why they have that much now or maybe they cheated the captcha by using automation. I don't know but I'm pretty sure before there were a lot of ways to cheat the captcha so I don't doubt that but I think that the most common scenario why someone has 20k nano is by buying it while it was still so cheap, when it was around 1k sat maybe during that time he bought around 20k that's why he has that much because I've known a lot of people who has that much nano before, it wasn't that hard to collect that much nano before. Solving captchas for 8 hours straight in 1 week will give you that amount.
