So how would i store the XRP safely if I buy? The website seems to suggest you can buy it from an exchange and just leave it in the exchange, is this a joke? I've been around long enough to see most exchanges fail including the huge Mt Gox.

Most? Can you name only 5 others beside MtGox? Serious people keep it in hardware wallets anyway, and all of them support XRP |

Most? Can you name only 5 others beside MtGox? Serious people keep it in hardware wallets anyway, and all of them support XRP Ah ok sorry I am out of touch, I was into crypto in 2010-2014 then disappeared and just got back into it. There were lots of problems with exchanges freezing funds, hacks, shut-downs etc and I just don't trust exchanges at all. Was also stupid enough to leave Bitcoins (whole bitcoins) on Deepbit (pool) and that also disappeared along with my BTC. Selling lots of my old dead coins now and converting funds into more promising technologies. So this platform doesn't have a traditional wallet? What wallets are people using (3rd party?) and are they trusted? Thanks. |

If the prediction I XRP / Ripple future will bounce high the first time I joined the bitcoin, I see the price of XRP only in 3k figures only after less than 1 month XRP has stepped on price 50k. Thus it is now possible to make sure that XRP will always increase in value

The third most popular cryptocurrency Ripple jumps 20% to reclaim $2 on Friday.
Three days after the ripple fell lower than $2, ripple rose considerably on Friday to trade at $2.09.
The market capitalization of ripple swells to $81 billion.
Despite the rise in ripple's market capitalisation, it stayed 38% lower than $130 billion it hit on January 8, and 36% lower than $127 billion it hit on January 5.
Ripple's value hit past $3 for the first time on January 3.
For the next five days, the ripple stayed above $3 until it hit below $2 again on Tuesday (January 9).

I too have regrets trading there. The differences is that their RIpples are in kraken exchange. Do you think they did this deliberately? I think Ripple is not a good coin. Because I like the coins which are promising. Of course cryptocurencies have really volatile prices, but I think its price is full of dumpings and pumpings in these times. In my opinion, stability is so important

Ripple is not like other altcoins since it is a payment network for banks. However, this altcoin has good reputation within banks for their price and security. Ripple is one among the top 5 cryptocurrency as well.If it gets to be useful in the next years, XRP will have good value and if you don't try to buy for your stash, you miss an opportunity.
