A couple of good news today:

Ripple has been mentioned in World Bank official blog today. Coinbase is entering a new partnership with Ripple.

Is there any source of this?

This is a good news for Ripple, however, seems like price action on Ripple today, people are more investing in BTC at the moment.

Already won? LOL. They're starting to lose - it was easier to tamper bitcoin blockchain in 2009-2016 than right now, so they're surely losing, but slowly!

Make no mistake, if crypto takes over fiat any time soon, you can bet crypto will be
dispersed among people the same way fiat is...1% will own majority

Exactly. And that is how it's supposed to be in a free society. You can't distribute the wealth of the world equally without violence, and even if you could, you can't save everyone from making bad decisions and becoming poor again. The same way you can't avoid people to be successful and becoming filthy rich again.

It's obvious than a educated 70y man who earned $200k/y during most of his life will be far richer than an uneducated 20y guy. That's inequality? Yes. But it's also right and fair. So, a part of the inequality can be explained simply by the difference of age.

But bitcoin maximalists often tell us how BTC is supposed to do just that, redistribute wealth and get rid of evil banksters...to give power to Roger Ver and Craig Wright?  Grin
(guess them 2 are much nicer people than Brad Garlinghouse)

Obviously those people got Bitcoin wrong. They're leftists with good intentions but with a poor understanding of how economics work. The simple idea of equality by redistributing wealth is laughable.

Everyone can go out and buy 50 ASICs, mine BTC and become wealthy, right?  Grin

Celebrate the Speculation; and Look to Utility

Blog Location: https://xrpcommunity.blog/celebrate-the-speculation-and-look-to-utility/

I cover the latest news relating to XRP in today's blog, along with why I believe hodlers can celebrate both speculation & utility!

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: The SEC posts an open position for a "Crypto Specialist."

𝐑𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: The International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications is founded by Ripple and over one hundred other blockchain companies to work with leaders in Europe; and on Monday, April 1st, David Schwartz, Ripple's Chief Technology Officer, held an "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) session on the Quora platform.

𝐗𝐑𝐏 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: Have you ever wondered if it's possible to guess somebody else's secret key?  I've got the answer for you; Bithomp publishes a downloadable tool to facilitate the creation of an escrow; MoneyMessage capabilities are extended to Gmail users; Leonidas Hadjiloizou authors a community-based XRP report for the first quarter of 2019, comprehensively detailing progress and statistics; and Coinbase adds a free value transfer capability for its customers, using XRP and Circle's USDC as a transfer currency.

I hope you enjoy the read!

Thanks & Sincerely,
-Hodor

Come on Ripple, we need bull power! Cheesy i kept averaging down and buying more ripple with btc to the point that I am heavily in Ripple but the xrp/btc ratio keeps sinking so I hope the price can start increasing.

Same here. XRP is unable to keep up with the momentum of BTC, I hope this changes soon as it looks like I'm missing the current bull run by having XRP. Roll Eyes

XRP will rise and in coming months we could see multiple times uprise happening and due to which it may have a great demand and people who had invested at early times of this coin or at fallen prices will make the most of it.

My opinion about the ripple is it need some time from the investors then only the possibility of development is happen in the end of this year if we put the pressure on any investment it will definitely struggle to get back a good value so I think this is happened for ripple also.

I agree with that analysis, XRP is one of the few remaining coins that hasn't still pumped, so it probably has the most chances of getting pumped.

Despite Ripple's market still encounters a substantially low trading volume, it's trend still remains bullish.

The whole crypto is now showing green sign and could be possible XRP reach the $0.4 but not sure.
Depends on market and anytime big whales can dump the prices but crypto market following uptrend and just wait for pump.  Roll Eyes

Funny, XRP is not even able to remain the same with BTC pair. Other majors such as ETH and LTC are at least doing good against BTC pumps, but XRP isn't.

It was always like that, but once XRP starts going up it doesn't care about XRP/BTC pairing either...of course, maybe this time it'll be different

One key question about the recent performance of ripple is if the bulls failed to buy in, or if the bears are dumping them en mass. Either way, compared with litecoin it hasn't done much

I think XRP performed worst till now if compared with first hundred coins. Let's see if that can improve and we see more short liquidations on Bitmex.
