The Swell conference, which is hosted by Ripple and is its biggest conference of the year, will be held on Nov 7-9 in Singapore. It aims to bring in influential voices in the financial services, technology, and payments industry in order to discuss the current global payments industry. Will it have an effect on the XRP price?

The price should go up because of the interest in the conference.

Several attendees would be looking at ways to maximise the way in which Ripple is used and that will be at the top of the agenda. At the end of the conference pledges will have been made to implement Ripple across more sectors therefore the XRP will inevitably rise.

Point is it makes no sense to compare the TPS of ripple to crypto. It's not comparable. And there is no point in doing it because it means nothing.

Now that I see this chart, I notice for how little time XRP the orange and green lines stay close to each other, then the orange line skyrockets. This is when XRP outperforms BTC and this usually brings it to market cap position 2.
