After having risen so much XRP, since 2018 a pump of this magnitude has not been seen, some speculate a lot about it, reading the news a bit I came across this article where what this trader named Clark says catches my attention:

“Not for nothing, $XRP technically has taken all necessary strides to be bullish. After the exchange delistings and write-off by most of CT, this essentially left the market short from both a positional and sidelined standpoint. This can move much higher.”

on the other hand Kaleo said:

Everything may be pointing to XRP continuing to rise in price, this is more interesting for XRP lovers. I am thinking of buying a little and leaving an order of + 30%.

It's nice to see that Ripple is standing their ground, and they have some small wins but the battle might be long. Whatever the court will decide on Ripple's violation, hopefully they will only settle financially and with some minor punishment so the project will continue its development and investors will not be affected. This new is a good signal to buy again.

XRP price is now stabilising at around $0.90 to $1 mark and that is excellent news for investors. If Ripple manage to either make a short and swift deal with the SEC the price of XRP will flourish and if they get drawn in to a long drawn out litigation then XRP price will still be potentially lucrative enough for traders and investors to make money on short-selling if they do not want to risk long term investment.

In the technical analysis it is seen that they use the "Volume Profile" in which there are many orders at the price of $ 1, this is a good indication, if the offer is eliminated at that price level, the price may rise even more.

XRP seems to have stabilised past the $1 mark. With the current increase in crypto maybe the price would have gone past its previous all time high had the SEC not initiated a legal case against Ripple.

Currently trading at $1.33 XRP is doing very well.

Nobody serious will tell you. Because nobody knows, what will happen tomorrow. If you hold the coins on someone else's advice and the price will crash? Or if you sell them, and the price will explode? It is your own decision. But maybe it comforts you: I am asking myself the same question at the moment...

You can at least sold your coins and try to invest in fast moving currency than waiting for couple of years now?
Good for me that I rebuy XRP early this year after selling all my coins in November last year when the price start to fell down .
But made up my mind just last January and trust the coin once again and now? Boom Jackpot i am earning 5 folds already .

Great, that 6,000 XRP holders intervened in that lawsuit. Classifying Ripple coins as securities is already extremely audacious. And the proceedings in the SEC surrounding this decision are: Shady.

This makes me cautiously optimistic, that ripple will win this lawsuit.

The litigation could take years, no definitive time-frame has been provided. The SEC is not the one deciding anything in Court. The judge will make a decision in due course.
