Yes it is possible.  I suspect most of them have already dumped when manual deposits were enabled so doesn't matter if they are off now.

They just published on their twitter accounts that the next deposits will be process up to 12 hours, I think this is because many dumpers are already depositing at yobit, and the price their is really good IMO.

I realize that price will be skyrocket when trading will be start by tomorrow, there is pretty good chance for $2 will be minimum price because so many eyes on this promising project so that i think little hold will be for it to get more high price for it and after 1 month it will be above $5 for sure.

yobit price for waves is 0.0006 btc that's way too low. you'd be satisfied if you wait for months

Thanks for being is optimistic it really helps me a lot, I was having a problem and experience sleepless night due to the excitement of the launch but unfortunately it hasn't been launch yet, and I hope with what is negative happening with other coins, it could bring boost to the trust of waves to gather more investors.
