I am a Waves beta tester. I can tell you that progress is being made and we are close to the release of the main net.
This is the real truth. Perhaps this process took longer time than we expected, but nevertheless the Waves team continues to work hard and actively. That's right. What makes you think so? I mean facts, preferably technical.
Facts - https://github.com/wavesplatformNew version of testnet node (0.2.4): Low CPU/Ram usage. Much more stable the blockchain.dat file. The total stability and so on. That's so impressive. Wake us up when Waves actually do something and that you don't feel like banning people for normal questions, anymore. That could be a good sign. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

No more errors/exceptions/crashes or exploding blockchain-size during stress tests. In the previous version we had such issues. The new version runs very stable everywhere. I am a Waves beta tester. I can tell you that progress is being made and we are close to the release of the main net.

This sounds good. github doesn't show big changes for yesterday - or I don't know how to find them. |

As long as there's some real advancing, however small it is, it's something. I think that Sasha could have ran with the money in a way or another if he would have wanted to. I almost gave up hope, but no. Now I think that he will deliver when the time comes. And I think that it's going to happen this year. Agree with you. If Dev's wanted to run, they will be long gone. Im sure the birth of ethereum was riddled with problems from the very beginning but it went on to achieve good things while it lasted. Theres no reason waves cant achieve the same. Current price is a steal compared to what i expect it to be at in a few years time.
