All the delays have been explained very well... 
I'll paraphrase.

Scorex was not production ready.
Test net is now running smoothly (problems fixed)
One week of bug finding is about to commence.
All other timeliness promises are on track except those that needed a production ready nodes release.

Whine about communication all you want, but Sasha has been very clear about what has been going on behind the scenes, and has been backed up by all that has been happening on the test net channel.

I don't see where people get that he has not been communicating this whole time...

fact: MVP lineup will switch to waves asset
fact: Incent will be released on the waves network.
fact:  waves testnet 0.2.2 and earlier were running very buggy and werent ready for fullnet release...  0.2.3 was better, 0.2.4 has been running stable for about two weeks, and 0.2.5 is going to be released in a few days which should sort out the rest of the bugs..

in fact everything Sasha has stated can be backchecked..

I sincerely would like to know why you think Waves is a scam? Sasha's goal is to provide value for startups/artists etc. who have crowdfunding difficulties and cut fees for traders by implementing a decentralized asset exchange. Furthermore Waves will provide smart contracts and much-much more.... . So why is it a scam in your opinion?

Just looking at the fact he hired developers who have no experience with blockchain, Sasha does the PR-Marketing without speaking proper English and missing every ETA thing aren't looking good.
Not to mention the fact that people are being banned from slack when they ask critical questions.
Over 140 people have been banned from the Waveslack.

Recently Sasha was on the Chris DeRose show and the hosts of the show implied Wavesplatform and Bitscam are scams.

The projects that are going to do crowdfunding on the Wavesplatform are either very shady or has people representing them that have a conflict of interest.
Incent-Bitscam, MVP Lineup, Bioviva, Bitkapital are either very shady or have people working for them that also work for Wavesplatform.
The sole purpose of these projects is to extract BTC from the investors and give them worthless tokens.
Makes you wonder why crowdfunding is done in BTC and not in Waves?

Why hasn't Poloniex listed Waves on their exchange?
Do you really think Poloniex will list a coin when the dev of the coin calls them names?
Do you really think Poloniex will list a coin were the devteam trades against their own investors?
Do you really think Poloniex will list a coin that has security breaches?
