8000 btc have been removed from the 30k ICO acc. For what? Was Bioviva that expensive?

 I have already stated the bioviva is a complete waste of time and brings 0value to the waves project. In fact I am completely against it and if I find out the devs paid for the announcement I'm selling out..   you can attack me for that comment all you like, as others have a few days ago...
Let me explain.
1:  bioviva is a biotech company with limited funds dealing with gene therapy. This revolutionary idea is so far from becoming realistic that for a company to make a profit it will be decades out. Yes, decades.
2: biotech companies require lots of money to burn. And this one will take considerably more, probably in the range of a billion+ before they even make it to clinical trials. We will not be able to give them that amount, and they will need it for success.
3: ask yourself, if the company is such a great investment, why wouldn't they be on wall street asking for money?  Probably because wall street knows better and said GTFO.

Bioviva is a money pit, along with 90% of biotech start ups. I'd be much happier if the devs announced a crowdfund to make a wormhole to heaven.

Dealing with Bioviva is a really bit mistake. This is very worrisome to me. How does this sound to you? The members that support Waves.
I am a waves holder, but Bioviva is giving me second thoughts about holding my investment.

If you research this company, the results are far from reputable. This company sells false hope.

Not really a problem since Bioviva is only using WAVES for crowdfunding.  WAVES is not "investing" in them.  Bioviva is controversial but they are also very good at getting attention.  

I don't think it really matters if they succeed or not.  

Most biotech companies don't anyway - not because they are a deliberate scam but because in the end the one or two main products that they are developing don't work or the effect is not significant enough to make a viable product with.

Most new drug treatments don't.  If their products fail people will forget about them.  If (though unlikely) they do have something truly revolutionary it will only help WAVES get more crowdfunds.

Either way WAVES doesn't lose anything.

The project has big time potential. It will take time though.

Picking up another 12 btc as soon as I confirm on Bittrex for the right price. Hopefully some people are getting impatient and looking to take a small loss and move on to another ICO.  There's always another ICO.

Thats the way I understand it as well. WAVES is the gateway to bridge fiat and Bitcoin as well as a decentralized exchange. One-stop shop.

I hope it is the right choice. I hope multiple projects launch at once. That would be great. I have brought it up before and I will leave this be. I can't wait for the development to really begin. If the Devs come through Waves will be amazing.

I've already commented how I think Bittrex was chosen on purpose (to drive the price down/chomp up cheap coins) and of course there is manipulation. One red flag for me however is that the devs/whales chose to play the manipulation game so early on ... not that it matters whether I hold or sell while on bittrex, but I might not play the long game on this one.

Lol Long game , Sasha plays even longer fucked us from the start , see how they control price , one exchange only and on bitter , and he says slowly add , right after they get loads of cheap coins , so they will pump it for sure once , squeeze the lemon dry than off to next project , note to self , if Sasha is ever involve in any crypto projects , run the other way.

with ico money a great liquidity provider could be added in bitshares decentrilized exchange n print more decentrilized assets, its already working n has bridges in china n europe, we should put efforts togheter n make a bigger thing, idea is great.

Sasha has repeatedly talked about it. This money he used to pay employees, to create multiple Buy walls, for the development of the project, for the organization of meetings and so on. Also, all funds will be transferred to the cold wallet.
