I'm pretty happy with the developers response time in slack. Very open communication.
First altcoin I really believe in. To me, the profit is secondary - this is a altcoin I can actually build a business with. Exciting!

altcoins are pumping while Waves is doing a reverse pump
Yeah its a bit of a joke but its maibly because Waves is not yet on polo

Like any altcoin, btc goes up, waves down and vice versa.  However, waves has huge buy wall and btc pump is basically dead cat so, I would say hold, as I am doing.

Some good news should be in any time now, be it polo or other exciting development.  Can wait till it breaks 40k ceiling soon.

Sashas wall is getting eaten. wow.

yes, almost all alts are going down due to brexit, bitcoin is rocketing to da moon

Yep, but when Bitcoin drops almost all alts go high.. but not waves.

don't buy wall?

People did not like when Sasha used a wall. Now he does not do that... Wink

But on the other side

Twiggy, stop posting that bullshit.
Or maybe you can't understand how to use calc?

1. Even if we use Sasha's "ICO price" 30094 sats (but it is not ICO price)
2. 30094 BTC / 100 mln waves = 30094 sats per 1 waves.
3. 27800 sats lower than 30094, or you think it is higher? And if we use 100 mln waves, we can't talk about bonuses (20%, socials, etc), all bonuses already counted in the price.

Sasha never said that he will set the wall on the ICO price.

I'm said something about buywalls?)) But if you repost screenshots with bullshit like "waves price didnt fall a bit..." - you idiot like a poster.

When Sasha postponed the launch on the Bittrex for a few days, many people were not satisfied..... He is never in a hurry, only Community in a hurry to see unprepared things....

So, what you are saying is, sasha were listening to the retards who were in waves only to dump but now he wont listening to the real investors?
Because i were one real investor, i were ready to hold for a few months BUT now people who didn't invest in ICO are buying cheaper than me so i'm out... worst investment i've made.

anyway.. good luck for those buying this.

The fault is not only of the waves team is also the weak hands that dump

Waves chart looks very wavy lol
Hope it will recover in a near future. It is not unusual for coin to go below ICO level and then reach the highs of hundreds percent obove ICO.I think Factom went down quite a lot after launch.
I still can see the future is bright for Waves but for now I am not touching it until it settles.
Eventful  times in crypto world-hope every coin will grow stronger after the storm.

Hey, check it -

Answering the BTC questions:
this is the official Waves multisig account: https://blockchain.info/address/35fe2CM2zbMeSfhRjpjW8ikTJcZj8NooFD
The withdrawals are processed there from Coinbase 2-3 escrow, according to the escrow terms.
5 k is withdrawn for buy support at exchanges (1 k is already spent on buy walls), and funding development for the foreseeable future.

I invest in waves when the price of btc was around 400 usd, now the price is 660 usd.
I can sell at "loss" at .000027

Imagine 1000 waves
1000* .00036 = .36 btc = 144 usd  Price btc 2 months ago
1000* .00027 = .27 btc = 178 usd  Price btc now

Stop whining pussies, only invest what you are willing to lose, if you cant handle it, crypto is not for you

Could anyone explain to me why Waves is still going down on bittrex even 4 day into the trading?
too much fudders, too much weak hands
But is it really only that?  Sad
4 days in I would have thought we'd already get rid of them.

Ico was overbought. Everyone who wanted waves bought it at the ICO. Much supply, no demand.  More sellers than buyers.

I quote that !!!
I would have used the same words, Kudo to you.

People underestimate the "nearly 2 months ICO" downside... (Waves Team wouldn't describe it as "Downside" at all... I know that)
Demand has been saturated, so just Offer left on the market...and this is the result  Roll Eyes
This is a very basic Market's rule. Has been a very silly mistake. Very very very silly.
Never buy on ICOs that last for more the few days... 4 weeks it's probably too long already.
I've learn my lesson now, but it's too late to recover from the Waves loss  Lips sealed

Want to see a magic trick?

https://blockchain.info/address/1VmmGckyebk1qRG1iPbXrV85vVRnHDgde

- 2500 BTC is pulled from ico escrow address

- 2500 BTC chunk is transferred about 2 times every hour

- every time it transfers, small amounts of BTC are siphoned from the main chunk

- until eventually the 2500 BTC is disappeared into hundreds of different addresses

No public explanation for this?

This is very different from the Lisk strategy, where dev team is running on personal funds, with escrow funds 100% untouched, until a non-profit is setup.  Then 100% of the escrow funds are transferred to the non-profit to be used transparently

LISK is the best!  Cool

Where is this logic coming from? Let me rephrase your logic with another example:

You have 100USD and decide to invest in EUR at a rate of 1,25 -> you change 100USD into 80EUR
Now you have some other business opportunity to loan someone 80 EUR at a X rate (with a risk to only get 80% back) -> you do it
Karma strikes you and you get only 80% back, which is 64EUR, but in the meantime EUR/USD raises to 1,8 -> your 64EUR is now worth 115,2USD

Your conclusion: "Hey lending that money was a good investment, cause I have still made 15 bucks"

PS I dont wish to FUD here, I am pretty calm with the price we have for now.

I believe after Waves ICO experience, I can give up with Crypto's ...
Is not something I want to deal with anymore...  Undecided
I'll give it just few days and then all my 50K Waves will get dumped, seeking for a new owner. I don't care anymore.

After everything you are seeing here and you day that, dont make me laugh.
Right now waves looks nothing buy "shady" at best.

I believe your revenue the most stupid most can make millions a year if they are lucky or born into it.

So, would love to hear your expert views on the Bioviva

LISK is the best!  Cool

So right now there is 5000 BTC from the escrow address transferred hundreds of times and disappeared into hundreds of different addresses.

I believe this is how the market is evaluating waves right now:

25000 BTC / 85000000 WAVES = 0,000294118 BTC/WAVES

minus maybe a little price for uncertainty/trust factor regarding remaining funds

more transparency and communication from dev team may be helpful here

nice one! but bring this qustion to waves forum just make you get banned!  Wink
