When I lease my Waves with the new wallet, will I still get WBTC rewards (from Byteball sales) and other airdropped assets? Or will the receiver of the lease get those assets?

Yes, you still receive them. Your waves never leave your wallet when you  lease them.
The only assets you lose is Miner Reward but your pool may return them to you.

You don't receive dividends for holding Waves, you get them for holding WCT my dudes, just one of the many reasons why WCT are a superior token.

Theoretically yes, but this isn't necessarily always the case. For instance, I distributed Ripto Bux via airdrop to 1) WCT holders and 2) to Waves token holders.

WCT will be used for wavescommunity.com and important voting, but it isn't necessarily the only way to get dividends on Waves.

That said, WCT is very cool

Is there an offician/unofficial blog/forum/channel or wahtsoever to quickly understand if the tokens flooding our waves account are crap/worthless or if there is a real project behind them? Just to know community opinions about them without having to do all the proper (timeconsuming ) due diligence.

I twould find  a sort of list/leaderboard/ledger of all waves basedtokens really helpful: is already there something like that somewhere?

I am evaluating the POS returns on my leasing in order to consider enlarging my Waves position, since 1% per month sounds good. If I check the revenue that a 10,000 waves leasing would give me atm (according to the calculator at www.wavesgo.com/stats) this would give me 1.2 Waves and 47 MRT. This equals 4.7 waves a week, or 21 waves per month. This is by far not the 1% that is stated by Sasha in his tweet, but only a 0.21% revenue. Where is this large discrepancy coming from and on which figures is the 1% revenue in Sasha's statement based on?
