I only have one seed node running, I'll check what's the issue. I have several VPS to run nodes, not hosting from home. Are you running neptuniumtestd while running simple wallet or core wallet? |

how much time till launch? is this timer correct? 10:00PM eastern standard time, the timer is correct. We seem to be having problems with nodes on the testnet, but it should be resolved by release. Everything else is going well. (Will fix GUI dependencies when I get home). |

GUI Check where there is no established Qt or in the virtual machine. I tried to rebuild, but I have a different assembly of the Qt, there is no necessary libraries. Sorry, I write through a translator

wait is there really a GPU miner ? i thought cryptonote was cpu only ? Cryptonote has GPU miners for a while now. AMD: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=638915.0Nvidia: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=826901.0BUT ... you're not going to be able to use them until this coin gets a pool. So as far as I know launch will be CPU wallet mining only. |

I'm in the process of setting up 2 more servers to host nodes, so we'll have 3 in total, one in the East Coast and two in London. I'll keep you updated, it'll be up before release. |

ATM, the GUI wallet is very basic and doesn't support mining. You need to run the CLI daemon (neptuniumtestnetd) and simplewallet (simplewallet) for native cpu mining. After you've made a wallet in simple wallet, type "start_mining x" (x is # of cpu cores). You can later open and import your .wallet file into the GUI wallet. |
