I haven't spend my coins in real life yet, as there are no shops that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment, I have spent it only digitally, really waiting for the day when I can spend it physically.

I also have not spend any bitcoins in real life, I also have not spend bitcoins digitally on things.
The only method I used was selling my bitcoins and transferring that money on a credit card, this way I can spend it in real life.

I've spend BTCitcoin once only here in the country I'm residing and it was for a shoe , and it took more than I expected . Grin Grin Grin

So you only bought one??     Grin Grin Grin

If that's the reality to have increased price for the product, then surely next time users would hesitate to do transaction with bitcoin.

London in particular has an increasing number of businesses/retailers accepting Bitcoin. This is good to see as it increases confidence in the currency altogether. We at Virtually Reality are also going down this route and we're offering bitcoin payment across our entire web store -https://virtuallyreality.co/collections/all

In my country, bitcoin is not accepted in any place, but if it is accepted , of course I will buy with my bitcoin

Most of the countries has this probelm that it is not openly accepted as a mode of payment.
But as the time passes on, People are becoming aware of this digital currency and it will soon be
widely accepted.
ooor not, those are some wild speculations that no one actually knows if it will happen or not

in my opinion bitcoin will either become mainstream and widely popular among the people and the companies or it will never evolve to such level
But I do not have any second opinion about the evolution of bitcoin ecosystem in future. Definitely bitcoin will hit mainstream adoption and we are going to use bitcoin each and every where for our daily needs.

I would have spent some of them in a physical bitcoin shop if there is any in my area but there aren't, I practically almost traveled to visit a bitcoin ATM that opened close to my area but couldn't find a cafe or anything like it accepting bitcoin till now.

Its really difficult to find any physical shop at a moment that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment, but I think things will change in future for sure.

I have never used Coins in the real life. There are no Bitcoins accepting shops here. I am saving my Bitcoins BTW.
I think the online stores should start accepting it first so that the awareness about crytocurrency increases and more people use it.

sadly nope. Yeah, I used bitcoin couple of times online but never "afk" in real life..sadly, there is no even opportunity (if I don't want to go 2 hours by public transport for some anarchist coffee..Smiley

The Bitcoin White Paper says BTC is an internet currency, so if you use it online, that's real life!

My philosophy is that if you mine or own any coin, you are using it "in real life."

You set up wallets and you used & rewarded the blockchain.

We need everyone to participate, so you are still doing your part.
Very nice perspective. If according to bitcoin white paper the online usage of bitcoin is the the real use of bitcoin, it is really great to innovate extra usage for bitcoin like we are trying to use it off-line also.

That would be great to spend bitcoins for buying off line as at a moment we are spending only for buying online products but the main purpose of bitcoin will serve only when we would be able to spend physically.

I haven't had the opportunity to use coins to purchase anything physically but have used an atm and you get people looking and must be thinking what's this guy doing at that white box.

I did have to get a refund from a shop for something that I bought online, got to say it was super quick, the email confirmation said that I would have to wait up to 5 days for the refund to be processed for some banks, as I was reading the email I had already received the bitcoin, I had a little laugh to myself silently acknowledging the power of bitcoin.

The most people did not do this because right now its not possible at the most places I've been honestly.
If you want to spend them in real life there need some stores accepting it in your local area if this is not the case, you cannot do this and that is also the thing at the most people right now, they want to spend them in real life but its still not possible.

You are right without any doubts because in fact the most people want it but they cannot do this due to the point there are no stores.
I only did it ones when I was in Arnhem, in a Arnhem there are a lot of stores that are accepting the bitcoin, I think its one of the biggest cities with bitcoin accepted stores, they have around the 100 stores right now.
I even think there will come more in that area, you can look up the website from them (http://www.arnhembitcoinstad.nl/)
